Our advisor was Tim and he explained the services needed to complete the 15K maintenance service period. We got a call and picked up the car and Tim reviewed all elements on the checklist. Basically the items all checked out in the Green, excepting some minor tire wear - and one of the services on the 15K period was a 4 wh. alignment. Allan Holley was Excellent In 2017 we were in the market for a CRV, the salesman at West Co. Honda provided no incentive to purchase a car at the dealership. There was no salesmanship displayed, the approach was this is the price...…. We purchased the car at Napelton in St. Charles, they were more willing to work on price. We had a recall on the CRV in September 2019 and took it to West Co Honda. The service department was excellent. In December we had an issue with warning lights. Allan was excellent in his communication with us. In early January, we had a transmission issue, Allan again was excellent in his communication. We will give West Co. Honda another try in the next month or so when we trade in the 2017 CRV for a newer model. More
