Great and honest service! David was my service advisor, and he was very straight-forward with me about what my car did and didn't need, as well as being honest with me about po David was my service advisor, and he was very straight-forward with me about what my car did and didn't need, as well as being honest with me about possibly getting a tire rotation at no charge at Costco where I had purchased my tires (I chose to have it done at West County Honda anyway with a coupon for a very reasonable price, just to get it done). I am very satisfied with West County Honda, and will continue to have them do the maintenance on my car. Always appreciate the coupons! More

Terrible experiece! This was my 1st experience attempting to purchase a new vehicle since my husband passed away. Arrived on Sat, 02/15 I was seated and we began to look at cars on line thru Kell attempting to purchase a new vehicle since my husband passed away. Arrived on Sat, 02/15 I was seated and we began to look at cars on line thru Kelley blue book. I expressed the fact that I would like to see an HR-V first as I did not know if I would even like the car. The car she thought she had in stock could not be located. Anyway, took a test drive and liked the drive, but wanted a diff color. Carol took the info, and I left to look at a Buick. Fully expected an email, text or mess to follow up. I told Carol I was preapproved @ my bank, had a deposit & ready to purchase asap. So, on Tues, 02/18 I called, spoke to Mike & explained. Carol is very nice, but there was NO follow up until AFTER I spoke w Mike...?? Later, Mike called me back to say that Carol's feelings were hurt. WOW...doesn't sound like a professionally run business. And, later Mike asked me not to come last night as he had a buyer for MY car tonight 02/19. No mention of the NEW car I'm interested in. Canceling and going to a more professionally run dealership!! Again, horrible & extremely stressful situation! Kathy More
