Intermittent battery issue. I had a very intermittent issue with my battery draining three times since Jan 13th. I brought my car in the first time after I jumping it up after I had a very intermittent issue with my battery draining three times since Jan 13th. I brought my car in the first time after I jumping it up after it died on Jan 13th. Everything checked out OK, both the battery and Alternator. So I figured I might have left something on to cause this. Anyway, on Feb 16th my car was dead after work, so I charged it up again. Then it did it again on Mar 1st again after work. At this point I knew I had not left anything on to cause this, so it was time to take it back to the dealer an have it checked out again. I did and it checked out OK again. I told Bryan, that something has to be draining the battery when the engine is off, and pointed to an article I found about bad recitifier diodes in the alternator that can drain the battery when the engine was off. So anyway, they took it back and did a parastitic test, where they drain the battery to find out what the issue is. The problem was found the neg battery cable was not holding its ground. So they replaced the negative battery cable, and cleaned the battery terminals to fix. So far so good. I will know for sure in a few weeks. Bryan Crawford was great, he followed up, and escalated for me until this issue got resolved. I am optimistic this issue is officially fixed. Thanks. More

No games or gimmicks. Made a terrific deal. I began my search for a new Honda Pilot at Mungenast Honda, who quoted a low purchase price, but offered terrible trade in. Then I found what I wanted online at Napleton Honda and reached out to them. Napleton's refused to speak with me about price or trade in over the phone, despite me explaining that I lived 100 miles away. They convinced me to make an appointment to "come in". I then began receiving unnecessary videos from Napleton's dealership and received phone calls/ emails from 4 or 5 different people, including one call center out of the state. None of these things impressed me. After reading numerous reviews of them online, I was skeptical by the "Napleton Experience", which is apparently a mandatory $1800 upgrade over the sticker price. I then discovered West County had the color and trim I wanted in stock. I arrived and met with Matt L.. Matt was knowledgeable and easy to work with, no tactics or schemes. When it came time to negotiate price, the first offer was low on my car. Matt had seen my trade in, a 2018 Subaru Outback, which was truly in immaculate condition. Matt swore for my car's condition and I helped make a deal happen. Second offer was terrific and I took the deal. Financed with Mark, who was as laid back as could be. He explained the additional coverage's and warranties, but did not push them at all. I thanked him for his approach and the whole experience was fast and easy. West County does not do as good of job advertising on sites such as Autotrader or Cars, and have a bit smaller selection than the "big boys", but it's worth the search and drive. More
