Mark and Orlando were amazing! They turned a tough situation into an amazing experience. Mark greeted us at the door and made sure that we were treated as valued costumers. They, or the 3rd party they contracted through, broke a $2,000 remote-start part and then tried to glue it back together without telling me. Wasn’t happy today with the added charges of “shop supplies” for my oil change. Had great coupon to use, but the added fees doubled the cost of the oil change. Won’t be going back. Well the two previous visits, that only added a few dollars. Today, it was quite a bit more~doubling my cost. Not happy ! More
If you love to get the runaround this is the dealership for you. We purchased our new Honda in November 2019 and refinanced it in December 2019 with a company that covered the GAP insurance. It took till M for you. We purchased our new Honda in November 2019 and refinanced it in December 2019 with a company that covered the GAP insurance. It took till May 2020 for West County Honda to finally get us our Refind after receiving the first letter about our refund in January 2020. Took the letter into the dealership and talked with a salesman and someone at the front desk, they said we had to call JM&A Group. Called them and they said we had to talk with the accounting department at the dealership. Called and left 3 messages for the accounting department over the span of 1.5 months with no call backs. No one was ever avaliable to take the call so leaving a message was the only way. Called to talk to a manager and spoke with Norbert who said we had to talk with Mark or Jeff and he said they were busy and that he would make sure they would call back. After waiting 2 weeks for the call back we went into the dealership and were told that we had to sign a form and then they would need to get ahold of JM&A Group and then get the proper authorizations and it would take up to two weeks. Two days later a check was in the mail. No apologies for the run around or the lack of returned calls no mention of the interest being returned to us or compensation for them taking 5 months to return our money less their fees. More
