I can’t say enough about the service at west county Honda! After our summer vacation our van needed a tune up. Bait and Switch My wife and my self are in the market for a new vehicle. We looked on West County Honda’s website and noticed a CR-V that was listed. I called the dealer at 10:45 a.m. to inquire about it for a new vehicle. We looked on West County Honda’s website and noticed a CR-V that was listed. I called the dealer at 10:45 a.m. to inquire about it. I was told by Mark that the vehicle was there and they currently had 6 CR-V’s available. I asked if they would be able to put the one we were interested in aside so we would be able to come and look at it the following day. We were told by Mark yes no problem. I then reached out to my supervisor to see about a early off to go and look at a vehicle. I then called Mark back and explained we could be down at 1:30. He stated great we will be waiting. We show up only to be told that the vehicle we drove 40 minutes to look at was previously sold a couple of days ago. They then proceed to show us the only one they have after I was told 2 hours ago they had 6. Now this dealer wanted to charge over the listed Price on their website for a up charge for called fair market value. The price this dealer wanted over sticker was ridiculous. Moral of the story unless you want to be way overcharged and be lied to and would caution doing business here. More
