I took my 16 year old daughter to look at cars and we were both so excited! We sat down with the salesman and told him our criteria - under $20k, less than 100k miles, and a backup camera. He told us there was a Mini Cooper that fit what we were looking for. He pulled it up and it was so nice! I asked how much it is and he said it's in our budget. So we test drove it. (I KNEW BETTER!!! Why did I get in a car without knowing the price???) It was a great car. While we were driving, my daughter asked the salesman again how much the car was. He again said it was in our budget, that he would make it work. I loved it, my daughter loved it. We sat back down with him and said we are going to purchase it, it's just a matter of cost. He came back and did the whole "What do you want your payment to be?" I told him I wanted to discuss the price of the car, not the payment. He came back at $23,900. That is not in our budget like he said it was! The manager, Orlando, came over and said it's the salesman's first day and apologized for the misunderstanding. It was not a misunderstanding!!! I clearly gave our criteria, and my daughter and I both asked about the price. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of two women. He lied to us multiple times. What should have been an exciting day shopping for her first car ended up feeling like a huge disappointment because he showed us a car that was outside of our budget. This dealership didn't respect our wishes and definitely won't be getting our business. More

West county ho da sold me a used car that had many hidden issues that was beyond the “as is” guidelines . According to the attorney general it is fraud to misrepresent the vehicle condition which is exactly issues that was beyond the “as is” guidelines . The vents in the vehicle are shimmed with paper to hold them in place which I found out when one of their “fixes” failed and the vent fell out . The sunroof leaks water in rain and a car wash . They said they didn’t know and it is still as is . I went to a body shop who immediately saw that the sunroof frame was messed with to minimize the leak and if inspected correctly they would have seen that when they got the car . The horn on the car is very weak and cannot be heard from a distance away to warn other drivers . I have filed a complaint with the attorney general , ftc and bbb . Avoid this place if possible. More
