I've always thought there was nothing worse than doing business with salespeople and car dealerships. This comes from a lifetime of negative car buying experiences, some of which involved mid county and s business with salespeople and car dealerships. This comes from a lifetime of negative car buying experiences, some of which involved mid county and south county Honda dealers. I was very leery of even looking at Hondas until I came to West County Honda and met Mike Knollhoff. Mike took the time get to know my wife and I and gain an understanding of our needs. He guided us through the vehicle buying process to help us find the model we'd both be happy with while also allowing us to meet our budget considerations. .Admittedly I've tended to go low end anytime I've made new car purchases. Mike showed us how little it took to move up in class and style. We now have a vehicle we love and feel we've gained a great friend in Mike. From know on we're going straight to Mike any time we need new vehicles. We'll also recommend our friends and family see him as well. More

I was at West County Honday yesterday afternoon and overheard the sales manager Marty yelled at a young sales person. I don't know what he did wrong but Marty yelled at him over an hour and cursed him overheard the sales manager Marty yelled at a young sales person. I don't know what he did wrong but Marty yelled at him over an hour and cursed him so many bad words. I can't believe what I heard! If they can respect each other and be kind to each other, how can I trust them to take good care of me. I feel so bad for that young sales guy. It was terrible the way he was treated by his boss no matter what he did. As the reason I decided that I will never buy a car there nor recommed it! More

High pressure tactics. Had to put deposit down to just test drive a Pilot. Not upfront and truthful about padding the MSRP price $2k calling it a "market adjustment". Another $3k+ for dealer add on "Pro PAC" that is worthless. Sales tactics again for service/ maintenance warranties. We fell for it and now have to pay sales tax on warranties since it was added to total car sales price, even though we had it removed. All and all we overpaid sticker price by at least $4k. The whole thing turned out to be a big fiasco that I hope we can financially recover from. The worst part was we really liked our salesperson Mike Knollhoff and thought he was a good trustworthy person only to find out he is just another car salesman that will say anything just to close the deal. We feel utterly stupid and foolish to have fallen for this. More

I currently have a 2012 Honda Civic and loved it and have been shopping for a new Honda Civic. I shopped around and went to various dealerships and finally went to West County Dealership during my lunch hou been shopping for a new Honda Civic. I shopped around and went to various dealerships and finally went to West County Dealership during my lunch hour. I just wanted to look and hate car salespersons in general. But one named Andy something gave me M&Ms with his name actually on the M&M (never seen that). He told me he paid for them with his own money which is crazy when having a commission job. He then showed me a few Civics in a completely non-salesperson way... You could tell he just loved cars and technology With Andy ____ it wasn't about getting a commission, his passion showed. I definitively will ask for Andy when I return and recommend him if you want KNOWLEDGE without PRESSURE. I still hate Car sales people but its hard to find someone that values honesty.
