Your dealership neither has high quality customer service or follow up to ensure customer satisfaction! I've emailed numerous times and filled out online surveys relaying my experience in an effrot to remedy the situation; I've heard NOTHING from you at all! Where is my title and sales paperwork so that I can register and license my car so that it is LEGALLY operatable in the state of Missouri?

Update: I just spoke with Franny in the title office at the dealership. She assured me the new title was ordered last week and is due in one week from the State. She also advised she has all our sales paperwork ready to send to us including a second key fob which was not available at time of purchase (we hadn't bothered to ask for it after we took delivery of the van and were told it would be sent to us considering the circumstances). Included in the paperwork being sent to us is a check for $50.00 to cover the delinquency incurred with not paying the sales tax within 30 days of purchase, which is the least that can be done in light of what has transpired.

Sir, I left 3 messages for you to call me ...left my phone number each time also while I was being given the runaround. never heard from you. I think my name was known by most of your sales people. To purchase my vehicle I had to deal with the sales man and then was tossed one after the other in the hands of 3 sales managers .....all beacuse each one of them kept lying to me and when they could no more the next manager took over. I was told by Bill Donald that this issue would be brought up in your dept meeting. All they had to do was be frank with me....but they all lied. I was a Steven Vincel Honda customer for more than 15 yrs ...excellent service ..This was my 4 th Honda purchase and a HORRIBLE experience with lies after lies from West County Honda. If the managers have this attitude how do u expect other employees to behave. I would be more than willing to sit down and discuss this with you Can call me at 314-503-3127. No customer should go through what your dealership made me go through. I am more than willing to share my experience with you if you have the interest and the time. Bill, Thank you for the response. We are still missing one more key piece to my husband and I being totally happy with our experience. We are trying to plate the vehicle and pay the taxes and are unable to do so until we receive the Title and title app. We have made several calls and left messages and as of this evening no one from the dealership has returned our calls. I'd appreciate receiving thie documents as soon as possible since I'd like to drive my new car to work, but without plates, it would be stolen in a heart beat in downtown St. Louis. We've had the car for over 2 weeks and we still don't have 100 miles on our new CRV. :( Hope you can help! ME
