I found a 2010 Honda Accord I liked on line. When I called to inquire about it I spoke with Shelly McGrew. She was able to answer all of my questions. She was patient and sincere. My wife and I bought a new CRV from West County Honda on Monday the 29 of August. We started looking on Friday the 26th and Dexter Fingers met us and asked us if we needed help. We let him know that we were not buying that day but wanted to drive a CRV just to see how it rode. We were more interested in a Ford Product but the CRV looked interesting. We also test drove a Civic. Once we were done test driving, we were getting ready to go eat supper with our daughter and our grandchildren, but we had to wait until the sales manager came to talk to us, which of course is every dealerships ploy to try and get you to buy that day. The sales manager's name was Brad McGrew and he came and talked to us and we explained the we had a dinner engagement so we couldn't stay and he was very kind and said that was fine. After test driving a Ford Escape and sitting in a Focus, we decided that we really liked the Honda CRV the best. We went back and talked to Dexter and Brad, finalized a deal and told them that we had to check with my sister-in-law to see if she wanted our car that we would trade in if she didn't. She didn't want it so on Monday night, we went back and bought the CRV. Both of those guys were a pleasure to trade with and over all it was a pleasant experience. Dexter had only been selling cars at West County for about 4 weeks and there were things he didn't know. He didn't try to bluff his way through, but he asked others at the dealership the question we asked him and came back with the answer, which we appreciated. More
Started dealing with Heather on the internet. Sent a request to 7 different honda dealers only got 3 to quote me a price. That was when I decided to make the 2 hour trip to deal with this dealer When we went to pick up the car Heather handed me off to Scott who stayed till after 10:00 pm to seal the deal that day. I had a problem with the finish after the sale. Called Scott and he said come back to the dealership and when I arrived he was out the door to greet me before I could get out of the car. My sales person didn't know much about options of the car and he also didn't know about any Honda specials or incentives to offer me. The sales manager is a total arrogant lying jerk. He spins your trade in and he also didn't know about any Honda specials or incentives to offer me. The sales manager is a total arrogant lying jerk. He spins your trade into a low ball offer that is insulting. They pull all sales tricks out of the bag just to sell a car not matter as long as they make a profit. The sales manager was abrupt and rude to me. I walked out of the dealership, it was the worst buying experience I have ever had. West County Honda, wake up you keep treating customers like you treated me, you won't be in business long. More
We decided to purchase a new 2011 Honda Pilot, after looking at prices in Frank Leta in O'fallon and Ed Napleton in St. Peters we decided to drive the extra distance to West County Honda. Not only had w looking at prices in Frank Leta in O'fallon and Ed Napleton in St. Peters we decided to drive the extra distance to West County Honda. Not only had we saved thousands in the vehicle price but we also received and outstanding service from our sales person (Mr.Mike knollhoff) and the store management. Independently of the extra distance we need to drive to get to this dealer, for any future vehicle purchase we now know where to go for friendly service and great customer care. I will certainly recommend West County Honda to all my friends and family. More

I just purchased a 2012 Civic LX from this dealership and was extremely pleased with the service. Aaron was absolutely wonderful. While I was waiting for my car to come in (I only had to wait about a week was extremely pleased with the service. Aaron was absolutely wonderful. While I was waiting for my car to come in (I only had to wait about a week before they received their shipment) Aaron was great about keeping me updated. He not only let me know when my car would arrive as soon as he knew, but promptly called me to tell me it had arrived. He even called me after I had taken my car home to make sure I was happy with it. He was extremely pleasant to work with and very helpful. He definitely made me feel comfortable as I bought my first brand new car. I would absolutely go to West county Honda again and I would most certainly recommend Aaron to anyone interested in buying a Honda. My experience was great. More
This was going to be an internet buy. Working with Pebbis was easy and clear. Price was quoted quickly. I had one addition I was asking for - on a new CR-V to which she said: Sales manager says - su Pebbis was easy and clear. Price was quoted quickly. I had one addition I was asking for - on a new CR-V to which she said: Sales manager says - sure, come on in and we'll work with you. When arriving, the salesman, Mike Knollhoff did a good job explaining the features of the car. I explicitly asked: "Anything required or added to the price quoted on the internet." and was told "No, we don't do that anymore" by Mike Knollhoff. Agreed to move forward on a deal (we literally were waiting to write a check to get this done); however Bill Double arrived (Sales Manager) and added a $695 "Auto Butler" service which we did not want. He refused to sell us the car for the price that was given to us on the internet! My reaction is - they practiced deceptive practices to get us to come in, and then totally backed off on their offer from Pebbis over the internet: AND IN WRITING. Not only did they not work with me on my additional request, they added more to the fee. I can't truly know the intentions of everyone involved (whether they were all in on it or not) - speaking of Mike and/or Pebbis, but they seemed like good people and not intentionally misleading. However, Bill Double and superiors - seemed like that's how they did business to me. I would not recommend West County Honda to anyone that I like. They low-ball the price to get you in, and then change it when you show up. We walked out, and I would recommend anyone else do the same when this tactic is done here. More
My wife and I were out shopping for a car for her, we knew that she wanted a midsize car, so of course the Accord was on our list. We looked at the competion, and another Honda dealership, we were impressed with how pleasent our salesman was, very knowledgeable, and he frequently asked us if we wanted a bottle of water(it was very hot out). The dealership had a couple of cars we liked and we went in and talked a bit with no pressure to buy, my wife and I were so pleased that we went ahead decided to see if we could work out a deal, after a little negotiating we came to price that we were extremely happy with. The staff went out of their way to get us the car we wanted, which suprised us, because the car was supposed to go to another dealership in a trade, and had a sold sign on it! More

From the salesperson to the manager, we experience friendly service and great customer care. We chose to drive the extra distance to save money and get outstanding service!
