When I purchased my Honda Accord at West County Honda in April 2011, my overall experience working with the dealership was very positive. I have thoroughly enjoyed my new car and been very pleased with its performance. Last Thursday I experienced an issue (due to operator failure) when the key was left in the ignition while at the gym. My car would not start upon trying to leave. I called the Dealership and spoke with Chris. Although the Service Department was closed for the night, Chris called Todd, their Sevice Manager, at home and informed him of my situation. Chris then provided me with Todd's direct number. After speaking with Todd about my problem, although he was relaxing at home enjoying game 6 of the World Series, he graciously offered to help me, jumped in his car and drove 30 miles into the city to assist me. Todd was friendly and professional, making sure everything was working properly before returning home. Todd's willingness to go the extra mile not only resolved my situation, it provided me with confidence and peace of mind that West County Honda and its staff are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied and well cared for and reinforcing my belief that I chose the right dealer to purchase my car from. Also, If all Sales Associates are like Mr. Ellis, this dealership must have an outstanding team of individuals. My experience with Sales Associate Stephen Ellis was so much different than with others I've had in the past. He knows his product and listens to the customer with a great deal of patience. He started his work with me at approx. 9:30 AM and we agreed to a deal at approx. 6:30 PM (after test driving 3 different vehicles and much discussion in between.) While he does not use "pressure" or "urgency" type sale tactics, he certainly knows how to close the sale (even though he may have had a few doubts since it took so long). I was impressed with his "energy" level and kind, friendly disposition. I have to add here that it was Internet Specialist, Heather Roberts, that got me into the dealership through her prompt follow-up with my request via e-mail and phone conversation. In addition, at the end of a very long day, the Finance Manager also was a pleasure to work with (even though he knew I was anxious to get out of there and & get home to watch the St. Louis Cardinals in game 6 of an awesome, historic game!) Bill Double is a pleasure to work with- He is true to his word, and if you are not happy or satisfied for whatever reason he will do all that he can to make it right. I feel that I was given a great deal - When I first came into West County Honda I advised them what I wanted my payments to be and no more than that- Bill worked and worked on getting me the car I wanted for the payments I wanted- In the end, I was very pleased with his hard work and my new car- Anytime I have an issue or problem, Bill is always available at willing to assit me w/whatever it is that I am requesting or needing- I wanted to add, I had to go back to the dealership for an emissions test because the sales rep who handled me goofed up and no longer works there- whom I did not care for at all- I dealt w/Shawn Quinlisk and another associate by the name of Kris (I did not get his last name) and these guys were AWESOME!!!! Never had I ever felt so comfortable at a dealership- especially when you have purchased a vehicle and had to go back- I cannot say enough GREAT things about these two salesmen. Shawn gave me his contact info for me to contact if I needed anything else and sat and chatted w/me my entire wait while I was there- Kris, handled everything in a professional manner and assured me of WCH's customer service practices - In which I received NONE of the above from my prior Salesrep Michael Knollhoff- In my opinion, WCH did themselves a favor in letting Mr. Knollhoff go- GREAT JOB IN GAINING MY TRUST AGAIN WEST COUNTY HONDA!!! I will be referring any and everyone I know to these guys!! More
We bought a used Honda CRV from West County Honda. We had an unfortunate sales experience. We left the dealership less than satisfied. We did buy the car from them, but that was mostly just because of had an unfortunate sales experience. We left the dealership less than satisfied. I described my experience with him, and my displeasure. He appologized and made sure that we were given a check for the amount of money that was lost in the negotiation process. We appreciate the effort made after the fact to help correct an unpleasant experience. More

Really good purchase experience here. Went to the other honda dealers in town and no one had the excitement this place had. Seems like they believe more in the honda product itself rather than gimmicks t honda dealers in town and no one had the excitement this place had. Good negotion process, first time in my buying history where the benefits of cash down so clearly explained and therefore taken advantage of. Will buy here again! This was the first and last stop on my quest for a new honda. The staff was amazing, more importantly Jason and Shelly. I'm sure the service staff thought I was nuts, but they let me stand back there anyway. I am very picky and they completely indulged that. As far as pricing it was no shock to me as I have owned Hondas and Acuras before, so I had no problems in that department and I believe the pricing to be very fair. The sales area was neat and clean and everyone was more than happy to offer snacks and drinks as I waited, even people who were not my sales person. They truly went above and beyond and I will be back for my next Honda, and I will tell others to go to west county for theirs. A+ experience and A+ staff. More
