I went in to purchase a used car on memorial day and I knew exactly what I wanted but Honda accord coupes are difficult to find so they offered me a brand new one on the lot for 25,000 flat. I really was excited since this was a huge reduction, but when I came in on wednesday with the offer promised to me they said they couldn't meet it. We settled with the cost of 25,500. The overall experience was great as well as the friendliness towards us and the quality of work. More

Wow what a great experience buying a new 2012 Odyssey working with Bob and Eric. Bob was very professional and courteous. My friend referred me to this dealership due to a referral program they provide. We were promised a price on a car after we showed up at the dealership they said oh the car we talked about we dont have but they said we could buy a different one for more money. Sure enough we get online at home after leaving upset and we found the car we wanted. So we went to another dealer and purchased it. i will never go there again. More

I began my search for a vehicle online, allowing myself to be contacted by various representatives. Sandy from W. County Honda called and we discussed that I wanted a new Honda SUV AWD with some upgrades. to be contacted by various representatives. Sandy from W. She stated that they were featuring employee pricing that weekend and that they had a couple meeting my needs for sale and she quoted a price. I told her that I would be out to look at it. On that day, I test drove that vehicle at a another dealer who offered a slightly higher price. He warned that I couldn't get the one I wanted at the quoted price as it would be less than the dealer paid. To verify, I called W. County and Sandy verified the price as originally quoted. When I arrived at the dealership, I was approached by Sandy who turned me over to Dylan to assist me. I reiterated my needs and told him the price I was quoted. He returned with his supervisor, who returned with his manager, who said that I had been quoted the price for the 2WD, not the AWD. I showed him my notes with the lower price and asked him to speak to Sandy who had just verified the lower price before I drove to the dealership. After further conferencing, they announced that they would honor the lower price even though it was below their cost. (This was verified by the dealer at the other dealership.) I appreciate their handling of this matter and I paid cash for the vehicle. I was unable to pick it up that day, as I needed tinting on the passenger front windows. There was a slight mixup in the service that day and I needed to return a second time, but all in all, I was very pleased with the transaction. I believe that the dealers behaved honorably in this matter. As a single, elderly woman, I am always interested to see how vendors treat buyers without a man involved in the transaction. I am a retired executive, so little gets by me, but the dynamic is always interesting to watch. Kudos to this organization for doing the right thing. More
I recently purchased a used Pilot. In the past, this was something that I did not look forward to and was normally a very painful process. I do understand that there is a risk when buying a used vehicle. That being said, the Service Department resolved all of my problems to my satisfaction. Mark Hurtt was my Service Advisor and he was excellent. Mark was very informative, courteous, friendly, professional, and has an exceptional focus on customer service. I wish to express my appreciation to Eddie Jones, John Scariano, Mark Hurtt, Matt Annis, and Todd Feuerhaken (as you can see it takes an entire team to accomplish exceptional customer service). I am an extremely satisfied customer and am very pleased with my purchase at West County Honda. They have exceeded my expectations in all areas of their operation. Bob T. More

And you know the owner Bill was even there. I always say if the owner is at his business it's all good. You know that typical walk in the car dealership and find a bunch of old men sitting around b.s. Not here Ciara greeted me right away and she even lifted the hood up and showed me my dip sticks. allelujah! I LOVE THIS PLACE THANKS CIARA! XOXO More
