We found that with Bob Olander and cannot say enough about how much he helped us. Bob was very patient and took the time to listen to our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about each of the cars and spent time helping us narrow down our choices. Bob was extremely flexible, working around our crazy schedule of having to leave to pick up kids, and return later. He was super kind, showed genuine interest in us, and was very professional without any pressure whatsoever. Eric Davis met us to congratulate us, and was very pleasant, excellent in customer service, and had a great sense of humor, while making very sure we were happy.
