I have been an Audi owner for 18 years and that covers 5 different Audi dealerships and service departments. My current Audi has 128,000 miles on it. It has been serviced at three different Audi dealerships and I have noticed that the level of service you get depends on whether you bought the car from that dealership. That is not the case with West Broad Audi. They have been taking care of my A4 like I bought that car from them. I get honest appraisal of work, fair pricing and the comfort of knowing my car will be well taken car of. They always work around my schedule, always have a loaner for me and have a wonderful waiting room complete with wifi, coffee and donuts. I have shopped around and think this is the best Audi option for service in the city of Richmond. More
