This was my first time buying a vehicle. As soon as I walked in, Jacob greeted my family and I. I told him what I was looking for, and my price range. One thing we liked the most is that Jacob, as well as the other workers were extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. There was never the feeling that we were getting the runaround, or just being told what we wanted to hear so that they could close the sale. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and we were driving out in my new car in record time. My parents live in Miami and said that when it’s time to trade in their cars, they’d gladly make the four hour drive to Wesley Chapel just to make the trade with this team, and especially Jacob. Painless car buying experience Everything was great..Good sales associate he show us the cars we were interested with no pressure and fast financial associate as well..No issues wh Everything was great..Good sales associate he show us the cars we were interested with no pressure and fast financial associate as well..No issues what's so ever ..we are in an out in approximately two hours..On the contrary before visiting the your Toyota dealership we visited the Honda dealership on the other side of the 75 to look a car that we found on the internet and we were very interesting..Unfortunately in order to show us the car , a subaru, the want except our first name when we first introduced to the salesman,our last name ,phone ,e-mail ,e.t.c. .we were not interested to give out all our info just to see the car...At this stage we had even ask to drive the car..Very disappointed..And when we asked one of the managers that they were in the high sitting booth he replied that that is the policy...We immediately left the place and we drove to the Toyota dealership on the other side of 75 and we bought a car..
