Bad, really, really bad... They deserve ZERO stars, but I'm forced to give them at least one to post this review... It used to be a great place, but no more... I had an appoin They deserve ZERO stars, but I'm forced to give them at least one to post this review... It used to be a great place, but no more... I had an appointment for 3:30 pm, routine maintenance. I'm there at 3:20, no other customers before me - great. Fast forward to 4:45 and I start asking where is my Tacoma and why it's taking that long. The adviser tells me that they didn't even start on it yet!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous.... I will never go back and if you value your time, you might want to consider other places to service your car or truck. More

Kurt was my initial contact but when he was unable, for personal reasons, to meet at our desired time, Nata did a terrific job filling in. He, John and Matt worked on getting the deal done and my wife and I drove away satisfied. Kurt followed up the next day which was much appreciated. Overall, this was a great experience. Carlos and the staff were great to work with! I came in late on Tuesday night. Even though it was the end of a long day, I was treated professionally and courteously.
