Deceptive Practices and poor customer service I purchased a 2017 Cadenza 1 week ago. First issue was that when I got it home I noticed the lower front bumper was damaged while the detail team wash I purchased a 2017 Cadenza 1 week ago. First issue was that when I got it home I noticed the lower front bumper was damaged while the detail team washed it. First return visit. Second issue was that they misspelled my name in titling which caused a second return visit. The third issue is that there are shifting issues with the transmission and when I returned to the dealership for a third time, I was told to take it to a Kia dealership for repair. The fourth problem is a big one. I washed the car today and whatever coating they sprayed on the hood to hide a scratch like dent and road rash was washed away. Now I have a hood that looks like crap.Upon my fourth return visit to the dealership to show them, I was told by the floor manager "we can try to buff it out" When I pointed out that buffing would not remove the scratch like dent, he told me "too bad you own the car now". Unbelievable! I asked for my old car back and again was told no. This dealership clearly doesn't get the fact that treating customers like this will hurt them in the long run. In fact I told a customer on my way out to beware of buying here because they try to hide defects. More
