Let me start by saying we have 9 children and we have purchased 10 cars from this dealership over the years. I am furious! I was promised one price on my monthly payment $515.00, signed the paperwork at $589 because David insisted on the GAP insurance. I was then called back two days later with an even bigger payment $515.00, signed the paperwork at $589 because David insisted on the GAP insurance. I was then called back two days later with an even bigger amount on the loan and told the payment would be $607, not to mention I work full time and am a mom to 3 young kids. My time is precious. It’s unacceptable that the payments continued to go up. I tried to get rid of the GAP and David once again didn’t want to hear it. He ended up dropping the price of the car but I’m still out $10 a month. He also promised me a tank of gas and I hope he doesn’t deliver on that promise. However, if he does, I wouldn’t be surprised. Jacob made me sign a paper initially that I would get great customer service, yet I can’t help but feel swindled. After the sale of the car, I found a scratch on the car. Jacob said he would follow up and set up an appointment. It’s two days later and he hasn’t called up. I left your dealership on Saturday, the day of my purchase feeling good and excited. Here we are on Tuesday and I feel cheated and lied too. Not cool. More
