big disappointment I purchased a car brand new 5 years ago. went back to buy another truck they had in stock. filled out credit app at dealership, salesman came back a I purchased a car brand new 5 years ago. went back to buy another truck they had in stock. filled out credit app at dealership, salesman came back and presented me a offer with different down payment amounts and payments. I agreed on a specific down payment and payment, signed the paper and was told I was approved. they sent me home to clean my trade out and to come back 1 hr later to pick the truck up. I asked the salesman several times, "so this means I am approved and its a Go". He said yes. I cam back to the dealer and the whole deal changed. They said now I wasn't approved. They still had to talk to the banks. Before I left they told me they would be in contact with me and keep me posted. Well that was a lie. I had to call them several times to see what the status was. Still never got a straight answer. If I didn't call i would of never heard from the dealership. I explained my credit situation from the beginning before submitting my credit application and they said it wouldn't be a problem getting me approved. That they had "Relationships" with the lenders. This transaction is totally different from when I bought a car from them 5yrs ago. The salesman back then was top notch and the finance person was also top notch. He even went to bat for me and got me a much better rate then they said I was approved for. I called one more time after being there 2 weeks prior. They came up with every excuse in the world. I guess because my deal wasn't a SLAM DUNK for them they didn't want to go to bat for me and purchase another car. The strange thing is I went to another dealership, got approved in 15 minutes but the truck I wanted ended up being sold 15 minutes before I got to the dealer. So how did I get approved and not at Wesley Chapel Toyota. The moral of the story is, communication is key in any business. Every person should be treated the same regardless of any situation. More

The staff at Wesley Chapel Toyota were amazing. We walked on the lot and were approached quickly by Tino. However he did not make us feel rushed in any way. He gave us the space and time we needed. Once we were ready to go for a test drive he was right there for us. Tino was very friendly,honest,and helpful.
