Definitely the whole process takes to long. 5 hours way too long. However, Scott always sends texts on our birthdays as well as anniversaries of our vehicles. He remembers all family members. I absolutely love this dealership! I've bought one new I absolutely love this dealership! I've bought one new car from them, and now, I'm leasing a car for the very first time. My only issue is their re I absolutely love this dealership! I've bought one new car from them, and now, I'm leasing a car for the very first time. My only issue is their referral program. I personal brought my son here to purchase a brand new car, we told the finance person I referred him, and I never received even a dime. It has now been almost 2yrs of me constantly asking them about the referral bonus, and to this day I've still not received it. If I hadn't been diligent about asking, making sure I spoke with the correct person(s), I wouldn't mind so much. However, I've been told by several different employees they'd make sure they took care of it. While I love the product and the overall general staff here, what this lack of follow through says to me is, they don't have a problem taking my money, but giving it out is a different ballgame. More
