Dealing with Caroline and Jason was fine. There seemed to be an inordinate length of wait time between coming to an agreement on price and sitting with the finance person to get the paperwork done. While we waited for the financial guy and during the time we were with the finance person Caroline got the vehicle ready. Caroline took the time to synch my kids phones to the vehicle which I greatly appreciated. The only thing that I can really say left a sour taste in my mouth was that we were told that there was only one fob/key for our newly purchased used vehicle. This is was a little strange to me as all vehicles I have ever purchased in the past (both new and used) had at least two keys provided. I would have appreciated knowing that there was only one fob/key available while the negotiation was being done because I would have suggested that to make the deal work that the 2nd fob/key would need to be dealt with. Telling me this information as we were walking out the door was not the way to do it (in my opinion). I've done some checking around and it seems like it will cost me another $300 to have the second fob/key purchased, programmed and cut. I really wish that there was a "maybe" option as far as the recommendation. More

Vague and deceiving. The sales person was very attentive and listened to me, however the finance manager was vague and deceiving. I repeatedly told the sales person that I have financing in place. That i dont need to apply with the dealer. He went to his manager multiple times and came back saying that they wont put another application. That it was just formality to fill out the information. And sure enough my credit was pulled despite me telling them at least 5 times not to that I have my own financing available. Second thing, the finance manager was very cold towards me, no small talk, no warmth. My experience was very mild compared to what I have heard from other people that shopped with you. My advise is to educate your customers and let them decide for themselves how much they want to spend. Thanks! More

Zach Mueller is a fantastic salesman!
