After previously buying decent used vehicles from Wesley Chapel Toyota we went back there to get another one. After not even having the car 30 days it breaks down and I had to have it towed back to the deal Chapel Toyota we went back there to get another one. Fairly smooth just took to long with paperwork Had came in on Fathers day to attempt to get our car serviced and possibly look at a certified pre-owned corolla hatchback. Talked with "Stoney" and having dealt with him previously, I discussed what we were looking at doing. He called me back on Wed, with a few options. I discussed them with my wife, we made a decision, and I let John know we would be in later on in the evening to pick up the car we had decided on. I even messaged him when we were getting ready to leave that we would be there in 30-45 minutes. All went well, we got there, looked at the car we had decided on in person. Agreed we were good to go. It STILL took over 2 hours to get everything signed and out the door. (our only complaint dealing with Wesley Chapel Toyota over the last 3 years has been how long it takes) Otherwise we've been very happy. More
