We purchased a used challenger from this dealership, i have to say I really like this car thou I was told that unfortunately it only had one key. Knowing how costly new key fobs are I ask if we could get have to say I really like this car thou I was told that unfortunately it only had one key. Knowing how costly new key fobs are I ask if we could get one more. I was told if we purchased all of the warranty’s such as the extended warranty, tire and wheel warranty and LoJack they would get one for us. I took two of the three. We didn’t want the tire coverage. So no additional fob. I went outside of the dealership to try to get the second fob. After having the new$200 fob programmed they tried to cut the key to match the one that came with the car I just bought a week earlier , the original was never cut. I have no key for the car only the fob. If something should happen that I need to lock the car by using the key or need to lock the glove compartment I can’t . I have texted the salesperson several times finally got a response which was go to service they can help. I work all day so on lunch I called service, the guy there says I can’t cut a dodge key. Talk to your sales person, I did they said call you! By this point I’m getting annoyed. He was going to transfer me back to talk to someone in sales when a so called salesperson was there and they said they would pass this on to my salesperson and have her call me. Two days later no call back. I feel like they car is paid for now so go away, can’t get a straight answer or even get a reply to do something as simple as getting a key code so they can have my now two keys . Hard to recommend a place that can’t even call someone back, text or email about a issue this simple, can’t imagine if it were something major. I’m local to this dealership and work in a near by store as well does my husband. We are ask all the time if we can recommend local dealers, for follow though and customer satisfaction?? No sure Wesley chapel Toyota would be my choice. More
