I inquired about a used Acura TLX a few weeks ago after browsing many all over the state. I got set up with Mark Finkle and he took me for a test drive. I wasn’t set on buying right away and he kept in tou browsing many all over the state. I got set up with Mark Finkle and he took me for a test drive. I wasn’t set on buying right away and he kept in touch over several weeks. I knew what I wanted and he made it easy for me to make a decision. Wesley Chapel Toyota seems to carry only quality cars and that was appreciated. I went back and met with him and we struck a deal that was reasonable. I got the extended warranty to go along with it since it was used. I live in West Palm Beach and make the long drive to Tampa several times a month and needed a reliable ride. The car was in very good shape from what I could tell. A day later on my ride back I noticed the car pulling to the side and the the brake pedal vibrates coming to stop from speed over 60. Took it in to local dealer in palm beach. Had an alignment performed. During the visit to purchase the car I informed Mark Finkle the brakes didn’t feel right. He said he’d have them checked. He came back and said the brakes were good and were at 6mm. After being at the dealership for more than 6 hours I realized that was the tactic to get you to sign and leave without inquiring more. Turns out the car has a warped rotor. A nice unplanned cost I’ll now have to eat. The experience with dealerships never change, discouraging considering the car is $30k and practically new. Disappointed they did a horrible job inspecting the vehicle and the detail before bringing it home was no more than an external spray down. I can’t say I’d recommend due to the issues I’m now currently facing. The main reason I purchased this car was to avoid costly repairs for a long period of time. Can no longer say I would recommend this dealership. More

I can tell you that I would never buy another car from Wesley Chapel and if anyone ever asks, I will share my horrible experience. Facts: I bought the car. It arrived with two bald tires and after three weeks the air compressor went out. They did nothing. The fake warranty they sold me did not cover the compressor. Facts: After multiple emails to their finance department and 2-plus months after purchasing the car I was informed it needed an emissions test, even thought for those two months I was told by the dealership the registration is processing. Their finance people did not write me back after three attempts. I was told it title and tag were processing. Then 2 months later (after 2 temporary tags) I was informed that I would need to get an emissions test done. Problem. My daughter took the car to college in North Carolina 7 hours away. So, now I am having to travel to NC , 7 hours each way to get the emissions done. No one at any point accepted any responsibility. So, after three weeks, I put 2k in repairs and now am sacrificing a weekend plus travel expenses - worst car buying experience I have ever had. More
