He was respectful of my time and very accommodating as well - given the COVID situation, I didn't want to spend much time inside the dealership itself. Kelsey and Victoria (in Finance) worked with me over the phone and had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership. All I had to do was test drive the car and sign the paperwork (which we did outside at my request). It was a very pleasant buying experience! More
