We bought our 2019 RAV4 in April of 2020 and we came back in April of 2021 because of the customer service we received from Jack during the car buying process. When we bring our car in the be serviced everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Service staff MJ, Kevin, and others always strive to keep the customer informed and go the extra mile to make any necessary wait pleasant, rather merely sitting and sniffing car exhausts. The lounge area is spacious, comfortable, and protective. Beverages, TV screens and customer wi-fi are available. Every staff member I've encountered is friendly, helpful and courteous. This is an excellent dealership... which is why I've purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Wesley Chapel Toyota over the past 3 years, with no buyer's remorse! (And I drive an hour's drive rather than visiting closer options.) More
