MY 2021 Ruby Flare Pearl Highlander XLE with gray interior Kelsey Nash approached me in the showroom on March 8th along with Caleb. I told him I was interested in a Toyota, specifically a Highlan interior Kelsey Nash approached me in the showroom on March 8th along with Caleb. I told him I was interested in a Toyota, specifically a Highlander model. Kelsey and Caleb showed and explained all the features of the XLE model with the one on the lot. I took one out for a drive and liked the way it drove and handled. I saw the Ruby Flare Pearl XLE with the gray interior on the showroom floor and decided on that one. A short time later I was the owner of that Highlander XLE !!! Kelsey was very helpful during my visit. He answered all my questions with very thorough explanations even explaining something in a different way so I understood. Kelsey is very professional, friendly and efficient. He is a big plus for Wesley Chapel Toyota. Kelsey and Caleb delivered my Highlander XLE to my home. My wife and I had discussed getting a Highlander previously and when I saw the red Highlander XLE on the showroom floor, I knew she would be happy with it. It has everything both she and I wanted. This was going to be a surprise for my wife. She had no idea it would be in the driveway when she came home today. What is even better, Kelsey let me use a bow to put on the car!!!
