They move at a snail’s pace in processing paperwork before and after purchasing. It’s been over a month and still have not received a new license plate or final documents needing signatures that were supposed to be overnighted the next day after I purchased the car. I’ve been riding on an expired temp tag for almost two weeks. I've left several messages up to the General Manager and no one has called back to resolve the issue. I’ve never posted a review on a company regardless of my experience but this needs to be told. Their prices may be a bit lower but it’s not worth the headache/frustration. My father is having the same lack of customer service issues regarding service on the new vehicle he purchased from here. Take your business elsewhere. I have been taking my Toyota vehicles to Wesley Chapel Toyota for several years. However, this experience was by far the best. My service advisor Yanelly Frias was extemely professional and helpful. She did not try to upsell me with extra service, which I deplore. The service I asked for was completed in a timely manner at a good price. Yanelly informed me that on my next visit I will probably want to replace the air filters as they were getting dirty. There was even a cold bottle of water waiting for me in the car. I do want to single out Yanelly for going above and beyond on one issue. By mistake the inside air filter was left out of the car when it was brought around to me after completion of the service. I did not notice. Yanelly however did and called me on my cell phone immediately to inform me of the mistake. I was only a few miles down the road when the call came in from Yanelly. She was not only exteremly apologetic but stated when I came back she would have a brand new air filter installed. As promised, when I returned a man was waiting for me in the Service drop off area. I never exited the car. He opened the door put in the filter and I was on my way in about two minutes. I was quite impressed and will be returning when any of my Toyota vehicles need service.
