Since Toyota of Wesley Chapel opened, I have taken my older model Camry there for maintenance, parts and repairs. It is always a positive experience, and there is little doubt the life of my Camry has been extended thanks to their superior mechanical skills and an overall attitude of professionalism and concern for customer needs. Customer service specialist Yanelly Frias is always quickly available, both professional and friendly, knowledgeable, clear in explanations and excellent with communications with all service staff. She doesn't hesitate to have me talk directly with the mechanic working on my car if desired. The facilities are super clean and comfortable, the entire staff is up-beat, there is no pressure applied to customers, and the advice is sound. The costs are more than fair, and I am offered a gratis car as may be necessary. This dealership staff is always genuine and proactive to accomodate my needs, and I appreciate the fact it involves itself with activities and donations as a permanent part of our Wesley Chapel community . My overall experience was good. The salesman was not pushy or over bearing. The atmosphere was light not tense when the finacial part of the deal was being discussed. Staff was very knowledgable on the functionality of the vehicle. The only thing I was disappointed in was the detailing of my vehicle. The detail department had my FJ for well over an hour but obvious dirt/sand was not cleaned from the gear shift and on the floor near the seats, also sticker adhesive was still on the windshield, once I opened the back window there was a pile of oak leaves and dirt, which fell into the trunk when I opened it and the windows and tires were not properly dried leaving spots. I was happy with the salesman, the deal but I it would have been ideal to drive home a nice, freshly and thoroughly cleaned vehicle. More
I bought my car into Wesley Chapel Toyota for my usual oil change, mainly because they have some great coupons which help us save a few bucks. When my service advisor Marty and I looked over my car he mentioned that my tires were getting low and would need to be replaced soon. I agreed with him and said that I plan on doing this in the next week or so. I asked to have my oil changed and explained that I had a coupon with me for $12.95 off an oil change. The coupon didn't list any stipulations and I expected to, pay for just an oil change when my bill was due. I went to the cashier and she presented a bill for $36.99 which included a tire rotation. I explained that I did not ask for that and that I even told my service advisor Marty that I would be purchasing new tires very shortly. I asked for them to page Marty, he came to the counter and I referred back to our converstion in the service bay. He remembered me mentioning the tires, but refused to remove the charges. I paid for and signed the receipt adding "not happy" next to my name. Driving home, I left a message for the service manger to call me but never received a callback. I called twice since then and eventually called the 800 customer service number and received a case # (1103100765). My wife has since received one phone message with a garbled message. I called back the 800 customer service number asking if I could speak to a district manager and was told I had to go thru the local storte manager. Funny how they will call you countieuosly when they want you to answer their satisfaction survey, but once when you really havea complaint. Oh and I purchaed 4 new tires from Pep Boys the following week. Chris 06/08/2011 After numerous calls to the dealership and the 800 customer service line. I finally on 05/27/2011 received a call from the dealership. They promised me that they would look into it and cut me a refund check that monday (06/31/2011). I called yesterday and left a message with Jose Lopez to please contact me. So far I haven't received a callback from my followup I haven't received mt refund. But they did offer me 1 free oil change to keep me as a loyal cutomer. (WOW) More

I bought an after market item for the front bumper(Vanity plate holder), I felt that this mass produced piece of plastic is vastly overpriced and when one of the service people was kind enough to install it plate holder), I felt that this mass produced piece of plastic is vastly overpriced and when one of the service people was kind enough to install it for me he could not find a screw long enough to place it on the bumper, even though it came with its own hardware. The vehicle is equipped with "Down hill assist control" which was never explained to me although now that I have read the manual, I have some understanding of the system. The vehicle is equipped with "Satellite Radio" but the terms and conditions were never explained to me. I purchased the vehicle and paid in full on May 28 2011 and I still don't have a vehicle registration. I would be hard pressed to explain to a deputy where it is. Having said all this, I still feel good about buying the vehicle and dealing with the sales people whom we came in contact with. Everyone made an effort to accomodate our particlular requests and showed us the utmost courtesy. More

We have a 95 Toyota Camry with 185K miles, we love the car. A few days ago the A/C condenser got hit with something from the road and our A/C was not cooling.
