We ran into an issue where our car broke down on our way to NY on vacation and we had to junk our car so we had to go out and find a new car. I think the best part of our experience was the play room that was available for my 5 year old daughter because we didn't hear a peep out of her the whole time we were there doing the paperwork. She doesn't hesitate to have me talk directly with the mechanic working on my car if desired. The facilities are super clean and comfortable, the entire staff is up-beat, there is no pressure applied to customers, and the advice is sound. The costs are more than fair, and I am offered a gratis car as may be necessary. This dealership staff is always genuine and proactive to accomodate my needs, and I appreciate the fact it involves itself with activities and donations as a permanent part of our Wesley Chapel community .
