I want to say a HuGE Thank You to Matt Howard, recently had a problem and he went above and beyond to make sure we were not only completely satisfied but taken care of every step of the process and a thank had a problem and he went above and beyond to make sure we were not only completely satisfied but taken care of every step of the process and a thank you to David Rivera for all your help aswell. Joe Barba should be very proud of these employees and take note of the fact that Matt Howard not only loves his job as it shows in his treatment of the way he treats customers but also in his commitment to assure things are not only corrected but customer is satisfied a definite one in a million employee!!!! Hide behind vague and misleading words to insist your car isn't under warranty, even though it is, based on their own website page criteria. I gave them a chance to make it right about the principal of it. T isn't under warranty, even though it is, based on their own website page criteria. I gave them a chance to make it right about the principal of it. They refused to fix or even pay for cost of repair., she was only $547. People show true colors on how they handle their mistakes.
