My husband and I were so impressed with the sincerity and knowledge we received at Wesley Chapel Toyota; we felt it was important to take time to commend your team and the dealership. Steven Fuentes (Sales Associate) greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked into the showroom. We had seen the vehicle online and called the dealership which lead us to Steven. Aware of the vehicle that we were interested in he had it pulled to the front and waiting for us to test drive it. What impressed us the most was that Steven not once made us feel pressured in any way to purchase the vehicle. He was extremely professional in every aspect. When we visited Wesley Chapel Toyota for the first time we were truly impressed – Steven has such a gift to “listen” first, had a true understanding about the vehicle that we were interested in, however, more importantly, his top priority was to know what our needs were. In today’s market it is rare to find someone who really has your best interest at heart. While it is the responsibility of a salesman to sell cars, it seem more important to Steven to develop a relationship with us. Steven has acquired this quality which is a tremendous asset for him and Wesley Chapel Toyota. Steven introduced us to the Toyota team: Kagan Sharpe, Bobby Wilcox, and Jaime Garces. We stopped by your dealership this afternoon with the intention of buying a new Avalon. We were greeted outside courteously by a young man who summoned Frank, with whom we had previously talked. Frank turned us over to Mike who took us to the exact car we were looking for and proceeded to give a thorough explanation and demonstration of the car's features. We then took a test drive. I went in to get information on a Hybrid vehicle and was immediately welcomed by Frank. I didn't purchase the vehicle that day, but Frank called me the next day and mentioned some great deals that I could b immediately welcomed by Frank. I went back in to see him and a few short hours later droveaway on my new vehicle. I can honestly say that the way I was treated by Frank played a huge role on my final purchase decision. I HATE when a sales person is pushy and impatient, which Frank was not. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and will purchase my next vehicle from them. Great job! More
Richard King and Eric Reilley provided excellent service when I traded in my Toyota Solara for a Toyota Tundra. I was picky when it came to the color and additional features of the truck,the salesmen mana when I traded in my Toyota Solara for a Toyota Tundra. I was picky when it came to the color and additional features of the truck,the salesmen managed to find me the right truck within 24 hours and followed up with me immedietly. Both salesmen were extremely serviceminded and not pushy at all, which is nice when you are doing any kind of big purchase. A very nice car buying experience overall, and with the truck I am now the coolest dad around according to my 10 year old son. More
It was a pleasure to work with Curt, he was genuinely interested in helping me select an automobile. He found the exact car I was describing and a bonus was that it happened to be a new demo (2012 Camry) interested in helping me select an automobile. The sales manager was very willing to deal with my trade so we were able to come to a price that was acceptable to both of us. Although Curt was new with WCT he was quite knowledgeable. I went into the dealership for an oil change on my 09 camry. While there I spoke with Matt schemkes about a new car. He spent alot of time with myself looking over the 2012 camrys. He wanted to make sure it was the car i wanted, and let me test drive two different cars. Then i looked at 2012 carollas and test drove one also. I wanted more power so I went back to the camrys. After a couple test drives and a few hours Matt and I found the car I was looking for. He helped get me in it with lower payments, no money down, and bought my 09 camry off me. He helped me get set up with the bluetooth in the car that has been a big help. Matt was alot of help and I personally just wanted to thank him. ~Ben More
We had a pre-arranged meeting with David Williams to discuss the possible leasing of a Highlander. We were met in the parking lot by Joe Cirillo who immediately took us into the sales floor and notified discuss the possible leasing of a Highlander. Mr. Williams then asked Joe to show us their selection of Highlanders. After looking at several and deciding on one, it was time to crunch the numbers. The payment on the vehicle we were interested was just a bit higher than what my wife and I wanted to pay. The general manager and Joe then took us out to show us vehicles which may fit into our price range and still have the options we wanted. They were able to locate a "demo" vehicle which fit both criteria and we drove the Highlander home that day. Thanks to David Williams and his team for their patience and getting us into the vehicle wanted. More
