Needless to say, I was contacted by 20 or so dealerships and had a lot of options. I ended up at Wesley Chapel Toyota because John Weicherding seemed genuinely interested in helping us to get the best deal possible. I told him our budget restrictions, and he was more than willing to work within a specific range--no games, no getting pushed toward other vehicles. We never felt pressured to buy; Wesley Chapel Toyota is kind of like a family. It's a unique buying experience, and from the looks of it, an equally unique service experience. We can't wait to bring the new RAV4 back for service. You've got to ask for the full tour! After getting the deal worked up, it was finally time to talk to "the finance guy", which my mom usually dreads. Ryan Aquino was awesome! Very funny, personable man and made the mundane paperwork easy to understand, quick and painless. We will definitely be returning to Wesley Chapel Toyota in the future, and if you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend them. More
I was having a problem with my Camry. I went to my local shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I went down to the dealer, Wesley Chapel. They got my car in right away, no wait. After about an ho shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I went down to the dealer, Wesley Chapel. They got my car in right away, no wait. After about an hour which is very reasonable in my eyes, they came to tell me I had a loose connection. I asked how much was the bill and it was covered under warranty. I didn’t even know my car was still under warranty. If not for Wesley Chapel Toyota I would still be lost. They did AMAZING WORK!!! More

The customer service my family and I received were outstanding. I came to Toyota to just look at some cars; however, 2 hours later I drove off in my 2008 Toyota Yaris. John Weicherding responded to my internet inquiry first by email, then by telephone and we set up an appointment where we drove our 2 vehicles to the dealership and John met with us personally. John was with us through the whole process, brought to me the exact deal I was hoping for and treated us as valued customers the whole time we were at the dealership, and after the sale too. Wesley Chapel Toyota, and especially John Weicherding established a relationship with us, not just sold us a Camry. We will recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and John to everyone we know who is looking to buy a car or truck. With the way the economy is these days, the treatment of a customer can make the difference in a purchase decision. I am also quick to comment publicly when the treatment exceeds expectations.
