First I have to say that I called a dealership in Tampa and the person was quite short and rude with me. I decided right then I didn't want to do business with them. I called Wesley Chapel and Christine and the person was quite short and rude with me. I decided right then I didn't want to do business with them. I called Wesley Chapel and Christine answered the phone. What an AWESOME person to deal with. It is because of her that I even went to this dealership. I went into the dealership KNOWING I was NOT buying that day. I wanted to test drive a Toyota and a Honda before I decided. Dealing with pushy sales people in a dealership makes the whole experience so painful. Pulling up I saw them outside the door and cringed. When I stepped out of my truck one person came forward and introduced himself and took me into find the salesman that I had talked to on the phone. Unfortunately that person was busy with another customer but Bill Schlies took over for him. What an amazing guy. I literally took hours to look at all the Rav4s they had and he even went with me across the street to their Honda dealership and test drove a CRV when I told him I didn't want to deal with any other salesperson. Then BACK to Toyota to get BACK into the Rav4s. Somehow I walked out with a 2012 Rav4 that was WAY more vehicle than I thought I could afford. They were patient and really worked with me. A special thanks to Branden for helping me get into this vehicle. I have to mention that during this time Christine came over and introduced herself and stopped by occasionally to check on how I was doing. Amazing. I have to mention Kelly Heflin. Not only is she a great financial person, so fast and efficient that she made one of the most painful processes almost easy but she is from Alaska! My favorite state. We had so much to talk about! Put all these pieces together and it makes for a truly great buying experience. Something I have NEVER said before about car buying. I will definitely go back here again and recommend this place to friends and family. More

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle with John Weicherding, Kagan Sharp and Albert White of Wesley Chapel Toyota. We were not sure if this was possible. On my routine visit for maintenance of the first vehicle. I spend a few hours with John and Kagan. Told them what I was looking for and the financial options we were considering. Both of them worked diligently, quickly and professionally to meet our request. I was surprised in what they came back with, I wasn’t sure this was possible for the request we were making. “Sometimes, you just have to cease the moment and opportunity that has been presented to you.” (We went from a 2008 matrix to a brand new 2012 Toyota Tacoma. This was my first new vehicle and first truck; nothing like the smell of a new car.) When we were signing the financial documents with Albert White, It was mentioned if we could place the truck under our company name (we are trying to establish credit for our small business.) It sounded as if it was going to be an ordeal and time consuming. So, we left it at that. Within a few days after the deal, Albert calls and states, “let’s get the truck under the company name, he received approval from the finance company to place the Tacoma under the company name without having to submit several documents and jumping through hoops. We were very impressed with Albert that he was thinking about his customers need several days after the deal and took the time to research if this was possible. We are extremely happy and satisfied with three professionals who showed the true meaning of customer service. This kind of service is hard to find in this day and age. We consider Wesley Chapel Toyota and these three professional men are a part of our family and a part of helping our companies’ growth. We had a wonderful experience buying our new Toyota Camry Hybrind LE.
