My husband and I have been there like 4 times in the last two years and we are so great to have Frank there to deal with because we would not go anywhere else to get a truck or a car. He is so great with our two boys and they like him and that make us happy because we know that we can go there and get GREAT service and the kids will be happy. Frank has always been great to us and when we tell him what we want he will do everything for us to get it or if he thinks that the deal is not good for us he will keep trying. We have told everyone about him and couple of the firefights have been there to get some trucks from him and they come back and say now I know why you guys go there and see Frank and NO ONE ELSE. We returned to WC Toyota because John Weicherding had provided such great service when we bought our Rav4 two years ago. I was at WC for the 5,000 mile service and spoke to John about the desire to move provided such great service when we bought our Rav4 two years ago. I was at WC for the 5,000 mile service and spoke to John about the desire to move from the SUV to a Camry. I told him that we needed the best he could offer since we were only two years into the other. I asked him to call my wife to talk to here about what incentives were being offered. He did and this was all we needed to come back and deal with WC again for a second purchase. Now, here is where the service was over the top. John talked with my wife about what she wanted in a vehicle. When we arrived for our appointment, it was obvious that John had payed very close attention. Instead of having to go to the lot and look and several cars, John had the perfect vehicle pick out and waiting outside the showroom. My wife loved it at first sight. John's perception reduced the sales time to simply reviewing the key features of this vehicle. My wife did a test drive and that was all it took. We were sold. We were already sold on the WC but this experience was even better than the first. The process from this point was seamless. While John was finishing servicing another guest, PJ and another gentleman whose name escapes us helped us with paperwork. John returned and processed the detailing of the vehicle while PJ finished the financing, which he did quicker than anyone had ever done before this time. The entire team was extremely friendly, confident, and professional. They truly made us feel like part of the WC family. We look forward to many more years with them as they service both of our vehicles (I own a Corolla). More

I went to Wesley Chapel directly after totaling the first car I had bought from them, knowing that from previous experience they would take good care of me and get me right back on the road. I was greeted by Joe and from the first moment he was a god send. He was very straight forward about my options. He took me and showed me a few cars that were in the price range I had told him I would like to be in. We test drove the car I selected. He and the sales team crunched some numbers and we had a deal we both felt good about. I will be sending anyone I know looking for a vehicle to this dealership to speak with this man! He is a true old fashioned business man, which isn't very common anymore. Kudos to Wesley Chapel Toyota....I will definitely be back for my next car! More

Approximately a month ago, my wife visited Wesley Chapel Toyota with my 18 year old daughter and disabled son, in quest of purchasing an advertised 2011 Toyota Yaris. The salesman,John Weicherding, was aggr Toyota with my 18 year old daughter and disabled son, in quest of purchasing an advertised 2011 Toyota Yaris. The salesman,John Weicherding, was aggressive in demeanor and advised my wife and daughter- price as is -we do not negotiate, touting their 100 + step inspection process. From there, Jamie from their finance department took over and tried to takeover the loan procurement process to enable his benefit,despite the fact that my daughter was already pre-approved for financing. During a phone conversation with Jamie, as I was out of town for work, he stated he needed my credit info, employment etc, again none of which was needed as financing was to occur separate from the dealership. Nevertheless, the process proceeded and the car was purchased. Now, let's return to the 100+ step inspection process. Upon arrival home the service engine light came on and the radio failed to work. While the response from the service department was somewhat receptive, the efficacy of the 100+ step inspection process was nullified. Several emails and calls to speak with the managing director of the dealership received no response. This was my first and last car purchased from this dealership - I am totally dismayed to say the least... More
