Had set appointment for service. After 2 1/2 hrs. Of waiting we were told they had just finished inspecting our car and it would be another 2 hrs to finsih the work. Front brake job. Upon release from the hospital I needed to secure good, reliable transportation very quickly so I would be able to travel to all of my various follow up appointments. I found a car online at Wesley Chapel Toyota that fit the bill, called and spoke with an associate and drove up to the dealership. I was met by John who understood and appreciated my situation. He very quickly got me to the car to test drive, talked pricing (which was excellent), and even made arrangements for me to drive off the lot that very night. I was in and out in two hours!
