She never acts frustrated even after I asked many questions. She remained patient the entire time and answered my questions fully and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Lynne and Wesley Chapel Toyota. I am a first time car buyer. I had been to other dealerships before going to Wesley Chapel Toyota and was not satisfied with the service I recieved at them. Upon arrival, I met with Mr. Jack Peck. dealerships before going to Wesley Chapel Toyota and was not satisfied with the service I recieved at them. Upon arrival, I met with Mr. Jack Peck. He actually took the time to sit down with me and to ask me what was most important to me in a vehicle, something no other dealership had done. He took the time to get to know ME, he took the time to start building a relationship. Within forty-five minutes of being there, I was test-driving the exact car that I had described! I ended signing the papers and driving the car off of the lot the same day! Jack was beyond amazing. He had my best interest at heart and I couldn't be any happier with my decision. I had been looking around at different dealerships and on line for a couple of months and thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. My husband and I stopped at Wesley Chapel just to “look around” a line for a couple of months and thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. My husband and I stopped at Wesley Chapel just to “look around” and out came Jared. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and yes, wanted our business. When I explained to him what I was looking for, he took that information and put it together with his knowledge of his vehicles and got to work. He explained the different options and packages available and what was included in each, and then took me to a vehicle similar to one he thought would make me happy (he just didn’t have the color I wanted). He took the time to explain the different features and then had us take it for a test drive. He then checked inventory at other Toyota dealers to see if “my color” was anywhere to be found. We added a few items, and in just a few days, I had my NEW TACOMA TRD SPORT PICK UP TRUCK. Jared was helpful every step of the way, before, during and after, the sale. I’m sure I can even call/text him 6 months or a year from now, and he will do what ever he can to make sure our needs are met. Thanks Jared for your time and a great sales experience. I am HAPPY! Despite negative opinions from a few associates of mine, I ventured into Wesley Chapel Toyota looking to test drive a 2012 Toyota Highlander, Limited, V6. When I arrived Joe Cirillo asked me if I new my wa I ventured into Wesley Chapel Toyota looking to test drive a 2012 Toyota Highlander, Limited, V6. When I arrived Joe Cirillo asked me if I new my way around, my response was no. In that instance, despite my experiences with numerous other dealership sales persons I felt completely at ease. Mr. Cirillo was kind, attentive, engaging and knowledgable. Mr. Cirillo quickly located the vehicle I wanted to test drive (2012 Toyota Highlander, Limited, V6) and we took her for a spin. I fell in love with the vehicle due the test drive, and then fell in love with a vehicle they had available on the showroom floor, as it was a 2012 Shoreline Blue Pearl Highlander, Limted, V6 with a beige interior. I explained my reservations to Mr. Cirillo and told him how I got duped by another toyota dealer and was very leary. Mr. Cirillo responded with I/we will do everything I/we can do to rectify the situation I was in due to another Toyota dealer and would make me feel comfortable and not pressured, and this is just what Mr. Cirillo did. Mr. Cirillo worked VERY hard to get me out of my current vehicle (2012 Toyota Camry-Sport) and into the Shoreline Blue Pearl Toyota Highlander, Limited, V6 with beige interior. We finally came to financial terms of which I wanted to mow over in my mind for the evening, and when I mentioned the fact that I would like to do so, Mr. Cirillo did not pressure me, and told me that was fine. Mr. Cirillo thanked me for coming into Wesley Chapel and for giving them a chance depsite the negative opinions of my associates. I thought over the finances that evening and through the next day, so it was my fault that I missed out on the purchase of the Shoreline Blue Highlander, as it got sold by time I tried to contact Mr. Cirillo about purchasing it. I informed Mr. Cirillo that I will just have to wait and that I WILL be seeing him in the near future when he finds me the same deal/package. I have hunted high and low in the past few months researching and test driving NUMEROUS makes and models, but have now made my decision...it will be a Toyota Highlander, Limited, V6, Shoreline Blue Pearl OR White Pearl with Beige interior, and my search is now over. -------------Mr. Cirillo, thank you for treating me with respect and an open mind...once you find the vehicle/deal I want...you have my number. I love my car, but nothing about the purchase of it at this dealer was as expected. The salesman briefly spoke to me and actually Christine Rhody made the sale. Took the car home and the bumper was coming off the front. Salesman never even tried to make an appt. to get it repaired for over two months, which was hard for me as I lived four hours away. I came in for a brief check and was called "honey" by a rude man in the service department and told that if I wanted it looked at I would have to stay for up to 3 hours, and I told him I could not as I live out of town and had an appt. that I was told would take about 30 minutes to look at the bumper. He replied if you want it you have to stay honey or we cannot look at it. I then was literally in tears talking to Jose and was then told they would have to order a new bumper and clips, paint it, and call me back to make an appt. I left the day after Thanksgiving and was never called again. Then, I called again and spoke to another person, who said they would order it and paint it, as it was never ordered in the first place, and to come in on Dec. 27th for a half hours to pull of the old and put on the new. I came and they took the car for 3 hours and no one even told us why nor gave me or my daughter any attention, so much so that my daughter went to find out what was up. Then the original Sales person, Steven Fuentas, came over and said 20 more minutes (after we have been there 2 hours) I told him he was a very bad salesperson and never once made any attempt to correct any of the vehicles problem, as he had not even correctly registerd the cars either and I had to call several times on that as well. Well, that being said, I got my car back an hour later after demanding to know what was going on. I have never in my life experienced such a situation and will never ever wish this place on anyone. I am sure there must be nice people working there, but I met a bunch of people that kept passing the buck and never doing much after they sold me the car. I love Toyota's, as my daughter received my Tacoma from my purchase, but this dealership is very lacking in appropriate customer service and response time. Maybe they just figured that I lived so far away it was not their priority, but they angered me by dismissing me completely and making me chase them to get a simple problem solved. Horrible experience. More
