John was extremely knowledgeable about the models we were interested in and was very patient as we compared our final selections. I told John that I loathe haggling and he came back with an offer very close to my goal. One counter-offer and the deal was done. John escorted us through the entire process as we met with other staff. Totally painless and I will go back to John and Wesley Chapel Toyota the next time I am thinking about purchasing a vehicle. The purchase experience was Great. I usually dread the entire experience associated with the purchase of a new vehicle. I maintain service on my vehicles and keep them 10+ years in part to avoid having t entire experience associated with the purchase of a new vehicle. At Wesley Chapel Toyota the purchase experience was quite pleasant. My sales consultant, Lynne Hudson, was attentive and listened to my requirements. She did not push the hard sell that I abhor. Lynn ensured that I understood every step of the purchase process and again, she listened to me. This is why she got the sale. Jaime Garces was great in explaining the finance. Again, Jaime listened walked me through each step of the finance process; explaining the rate, warranties and my projected monthly payment. Just a few months ago I was shopping for a used vehicle until I came across Wesley Chapel Toyaota. Unfamiliar with the dealership I decided to stop in. I was quickly greeted by J.R. Well my search for a used vehicle quickly diminished as I looked at the new ones. As I learned more from J.R.about the trucks that I was looking at I knew that purchasing a new vehicle other than a Toyota and purchasing it anywhere else, would have been a BIG MISTAKE! It was J.R.'s explanation of the quality and performance of the vehicle that won me over. I came to dealership looking for a pre-owned Toyota Takoma. I had secured my own financing and had a specific budget in mind, as well as a determination to get into a Takoma for my price, even if it me Takoma. After several hours of looking around, test driving, etc., I walked out very slightly over budget(only $24/monthly) but with a brand new Takoma! I sacrificed a few bells and whistles but because of Ray's diligence I was more than happy to get a truck with only 4 miles on it! On top of that, Toyota was able to beat my financing by 1.11%. Because it was getting so late, only a couple of finance officers were available to assist 4 customers. While my friend and I waited Ray saw that we were very hungry and went and picked up some dinner for us!! When it was time to leave, he was very thorough as he showed me all the features I would need to operate the vehicle as I drove my new truck home:) He is class act! More
