That’s really the only good thing about this place. I agreed on a price of a vehicle and was asked to go through their finance team to see their rate even though I already was pre-approved at a fantastic rate. I went through and spoke to Jacob from financing and when it came down to paperwork to sign, I noticed the APR higher than we discussed. He tried to explain why it was higher and mentioned it was just for the first year. It didn’t make sense to me and I felt uncomfortable to sign, so I said I would just go with my lender. He then told me I cannot purchase the vehicle then. He said if I didn’t go through their financing, I couldn’t go through my own. I told him that I would pass on the vehicle if that was the case. I mentioned it to Alyssa who had her sales manager, Matt call me. He said if I decided to continue to purchase the vehicle, he would give me the military discount that I would not get from financing through my own lender. The next day, I contacted Alyssa and mentioned I would continue on purchasing the vehicle. I guess communication was not made between her and sales manager Jose. Jose texted me and mentioned that I was not honoring my consumer commitment to buy the vehicle. I said, no, I wanted the vehicle, your finance guy said I couldn’t move forward with purchasing the vehicle. That wasn’t because I was upset with the price. I told him to get his facts before writing this because I was in the process of speaking with Alyssa to move forward. He mentioned “he did” have the facts, but I think he realized when he had the whole story that it wasn’t me upset about the car pricing. I was upset about the APR, but I still had my money to purchase the vehicle. However, before he realized that, he said he pretty much didn’t care if I purchased through them or not. That’s quite alright because I don’t have an issue going somewhere else. Because of this experience, I would never buy a Toyota nor would I ever think to purchase from this store. It’s so sad because Alyssa is so amazing. She was so kind, calm and professional always. More

The finance team were horrible. When I went back to inquire about the line details they were condescending and gaslighting me. They tackled on items I didn’t need which was not mention as I decline the ones they mentioned. I think they stop mentioning the other items they tackled on they knew I would decline them as well. When I went back to inquire about the details and how they didn’t give me the trade in value that was discuss; they said I signed the deal and it’s my problem. They belittled me and treated me like I was an idiot bc I am a woman. More
Spent 30K with this dealership. A little over a week later and my car is making this awful noise. I called only to be brushed off. Apparently it passed their safety inspection so Im on my own. They will not be getting my business in the future and I warn others to be cautious. They will say the right things, but do not count on them when things get bad. I bought a used Audi from them. The Dealership has a strange way of handling business. After my bad experience with the dealership. I spoke with Matt Howard to make things right and decided to purchase a car. After getting the car I refinanced and needed to cancel GAP per contract if refinance it is cancelled. However, I have been calling the dealership for a week in a half via calls and emails to cancel.Each time I call the dealership I am told every finance person is busy. I was even told Jose Lodiero would call me back but I haven’t received a call. I understand the dealership feels they are losing money but I signed a CONTRACT stating if I refinance it is CANCELLED. Therefore, it needs to be cancelled immediately. If I don’t hear from the dealership within 48 hours. I will be seeking legal action as a breach of contract. As I have also contacted the GAP administrator (Assurant) as well. They advised the dealership has to cancel which it seems as if they are refusing to do. If you want to purchase a car from this dealership. Just DONT! If I could give zero stars I would. More
Being 100% disable Veteran, I wasn't given any discount, no incentives, nor military discount. My sales representative seems to be occupied with his cell phone, and the Sales Manager wasn't helpful. He quoted me 0% interest free for 36 months, but ended up financing the new vehicle. Out of all the dealership purchasing a new vehicle, your dealership is the only one that didn't give me any incentive. Very disappointed. More

We explained that we wanted to try a Honda Accord at another dealership and he welcomed this, letting us know he would be available and hoped to work with us. No pressure. We returned the next day with an offer for the Camry we had decided on. He worked with us and within an hour and a half we drove away in our new car. David in Finance was great as well.
