My initial visit to the dealership on 5/16/2021 was all because I completed an inquiry online. I received an email with price and details of the car from Christopher Joseph. In addition, he sent me a personalized video of the car. Hey said "Hey Kia this Chris from Wesley Chapel Toyota, I just wanted to shoot you this video of ..." This definitely caught my attention since no other internet sales person has done this. On Sunday, I just so happened to be in the area and stop by the dealership. Let's just say my visit to the dealership was horrible and made me NEVER want to do business with this dealership again. It was so bad I even wrote an honest review based on my experience. Well to my surprise Matt Howard(Sales Manager) called me to get an understanding of what happened. Due to receiving my review that I posted online. I will say Matt was very sincere in his apology and stated "that is not how they do things". I really appreciated that he took the time to listen and address all my questions. Which included him breaking down the details(line by line) that were listed in the overall price. However, he did not pressure me to give them another chance or even consider making any purchase from them at all. Matt turned things around for the dealership by going above and beyond. I agreed to give them another chance and ended up purchasing a 2017 Toyota Corolla. When I returned to the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Christopher Joseph(internet sales). OMG this was a totally different experience from the first time and I loved it. He was awesome!!! I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to work with him. (FYI: He was not the salesman I worked with the first time I came to the dealership in person) Finance: My experience working with Aiman was okay. However, I did not like that he was just going to add GAP, Lifetime Oil, Tire/Rim coverage, and Kahu without even saying anything to me. It's a good thing I took the time to read and ask questions before just signing. I am not sure if this is just how he was trained but I won't harp on it too much. Overall, he was a nice guy willing to help. My rating of 4/5 was given based on my experience after working with with Matt Howard Christopher Joseph. You guys are AWESOME !! Thank You both !! Word of advice: Don't go to dealership when your original sales guy is off. Just wait until you hear back from him before heading in. Christopher Joseph definitely stood out from the rest. More
I was told wrong info about the car. After I bought it, they rises the interest rate on the loan. The financial manager, David Rivera, did not explain anything related to the car before I buy it. After I bought the car, I found that the warranty is 60% less than what I have been told. I still have questions and they do not want to answer them. They tear you like they want to sell the car and not see you again. More

Excellent experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. It started with Jose who is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Then it was turned to Jack and he did an outstanding job. Hide behind vague and misleading words to insist your car isn't under warranty, even though it is, based on their own website page criteria. I gave them a chance to make it right about the principal of it. They refused to fix or even pay for cost of repair., she was only $547. People show true colors on how they handle their mistakes. They clearly are liars. More
