Upon arriving at the dealer, my family and I were not planning to purchase the vehicle that night, since we arrived 30 minutes before closing time of the dealer. After approaching Yuri Acosta (Wesley Chapel Toyota Sales Associates), he was willing and able to assist my family and I in test driving the new vehicles of interest. Yuri Acosta was very professional and willing to help and answered all the questions regarding the new Toyota Prius vehicles in the dealer's inventory. He also stayed past his working hours to get all task for the new vehicle sale done/completed. After everything was said and done, he completed the sale and we left the dealer around 12 PM with a new vehicle. I recommend Yuri Acosta and hope more dealers have sales associates that a willing to help and take care the customers as they liked to be treated.
