We recently purchased a brand new vehicle- our 2nd from this dealership. My only regret is that we did not find this dealership (and our salesman, Scott Lavancher) sooner! Everyone seems to go out of their way to make for a positive experience. Scott goes above and beyond what you would normally expect in a car salesman. He worked very patiently with us- answering text messages almost immediately, sending additional pictures of vehicles, and even offering to to drive a car to our house! I went to Wesley Chapel Toyota to see if they could help me get into a car. I didn't think it would be able to be done with how bad my credit was and other places i went to already have turned me down. But me get into a car. When I first got there I was skeptical to dealing with a car sales man again. The place was very clean and big and all the employees greeted me as I walked in. I was introduced to our sales agent and he was polite and courteous to me and my family. He asked what we were looking for and found a nice car for us. It wasn't till later that he came back with a nice used car. After sitting down with him and talking. He worked with us and came back with a better deal and totally shocked me and I thought this must be a joke. But No joke! He asked me what color New car would I like. I said WHAT! He asked me what color new car. I told him and we test drove a new car and minutes later we worked out the numbers and I have the car today. This was an easy process and their was no presure from them. They left everything up to us and we were greatful for all their help and great service.
