Lynne and John were amazing and I highly recommend them as well as WC Toyota! When I walked in I least expected to walk out with the car I was looking at but Lynne made it possible. I never felt pressure at all - like at other dealerships in the past when purchasing a car. While looking at my Honda Odessey, Lynne was extremely knowledgable with all the features that it had available. Since my husband had to work that day I had to bring my two children (4 and 18 months) and she was beyond helpful with them the entire time I was there. Anytime I needed to fill out paperwork or while I was signing for the car she took them for me and occupied their time so they wouldn't get cranky. They enjoyed her company while looking at all the new cars, playing in their fun playroom, and getting cookies. WC Toyota made us feel like we were at home from the minute we got out of our car and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me get the car that I so very much needed :o) More

I had gone the previous week to another dealership and was just 2 signatures away from buying. It was very late and I had had enough. I walked out and asked for my car back and left. A few days later I saw a commercial and went to Wesley Chapel Toyota's website. Within 5/10 minutes if not sooner Lynne was calling me. She sent me an email for the credit info. There was no pressure from Lynne at all. She worked with me on providing different options available. All of this over the phone. The day that I decided to go in Lynne sent me a text to see if I was able to get a ride to come in. When I got there she was already out front with the car. We immediately went for the test drive. She even set my radio stations and bluetooth for me. After it was all said and done, I drove off with a new 2013 Toyota Corolla LE. I would also like to thank Edwin Andino(Finance Manager). There was absolutely no pressure from him either. Edwin added to the wonderful experience of "shopping" for a car at Wesley Chapel Toyota!! He made every step simple and easy going to get through. He discussed the options for extended warranties, gave me the pro's and con's and accepted my decision and we moved on. More
