From the moment my fiancé & I stepped into the lobby of the dealership; I was greeted with nothing but smiles. I was referred by the front desk to John Deloach. Whom through the entire process was very knowledgable and really gave us specialized service. We both felt like we were the only ones that mattered at that particular time. He listened to our concerns and really tried to adjust what we wanted to the price point of the car that would work best for our budget. Of coarse; I was hesitant about how "perfect" everything seemed. But with this being said, there were NO SMOKE & MIRROR TRICKS! Being that my fiancé & I are a young couple I had first hand experience with the "mind games" of other major dealerships. But you will not find any here. I will always recommend John Deloach to all my family & friends because I know he will go out of his way to give them exemplary customer care. Thanks John! More
After searching for the right vehicle for over a few weeks, my husband and I got to the point where we needed to make a final decision. Our last stop, which should have been our first, was Wesley Chapel weeks, my husband and I got to the point where we needed to make a final decision. Our last stop, which should have been our first, was Wesley Chapel Toyota. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the sales representative Valentino Mandarino. He seemed like the average car salesman, but we immediately recognized his professionalism and willingness to find us the right car for our budget. Anyone who has been through this process knows car shopping gets exhausting after the 5th dealership, this was our 17th. However, Valentino right away could see that I was annoyed and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with this dealership. We had our children with us who were happy playing in the kids area, eating cookies, and being kids. I knew it was time to leave and have lunch because my husband can talk all day and I was done shopping. Valentino was kind enough to go in the back and grab the pizza he ordered himself for lunch, I repeat HIS LUNCH, and gave it to us. At this point we were feeling not so hungry and a little better about this particular dealership. My husband told him we were looking to put as little down with a set price for payments. He went in the back, within minutes he was back at our table with a very reasonable quote. We couldn't believe it. Every dealership prior wanted- 1,500 plus tax title and tags, (ruffly $3,000 cash). He gave us a great deal. I was then thinking it over when Valentino said, "I'll even pay your first month for you." Typical of a car salesman to say that and not follow through. I then made the decision that we would be leaving in a new Toyota Camry. Furthermore, Valentino could read my mind and knew that I did not want to be in the dealership. He jumped the line for us. The financial advisor had told us Valentino bribed him with a Red Bull to make sure we were in and out in 30 minutes. As you may know, the paper work process can take hours to complete. We arrived home with the car. I got a nail in my tire within weeks. My windows weren't tinted and the girls were annoyed with the sun in their eyes. We experienced a few issues- Valentino came to our rescue again. He made sure that our windows were tinted at his expense. Regarding the tire, the guys fixing it were taking longer than planned. Valentino was irritated because I was waiting longer than he told me. He then walked me over and set me up with a massage (which was WAY better than I had expected being at a car dealership, SHE IS AWESOME!) and checked on me every 15 minutes to make sure I was okay. If I needed anything he said he would get it, no worries. Finally after waiting 2 1/2 hours my car was ready. He then walked me out with his sincere apologies and made sure I was a happy customer. He truly cares about keeping his clients happiness because he does want you to like him, he does want people to buy from him and refer him to others. Hands down I would recommend Valentino to anyone looking to buy from Toyota. More
I haved purchased all my company cars and personal cars with John. I believe this was my 9th car since 2008. John makes the buying process a cake walk. Hes absolutely Terrific! with John. I reluctantly, but somewhat urgently, found myself in need of a new (to me) car, so I started on-line in an attempt to not have to run all over town with my mechanically challenged vehicle. He was friendly and professional & really did all he could to make this as smooth a process as possible. He listened to my needs and was sensitive to my financial limitations. John handled quite a bit of the "legwork" prior to me even arriving at WCT which I appreciated immensely. Jaime made the financing quick and easy (albeit freezing in his office...lol). My friend bought a used car there and it had been in an accident and she felt very taken advantage of because she was a woman. When she took it back everyone was very sorry it had happened and treated her accident and she felt very taken advantage of because she was a woman. It is nice to be treated well when you enter a business, but when a terrible mistake like that is made good, it really says a lot about the business. I felt I would be treated fairly there. More

We have had Toyotas since 1993 (3 Corrolas & 1 Camry) We knew the quality but John's insight on what we wanted and the price range we had in mind led us to our purchase of 2013 Corrola S. The property (WCT) is immaculate and the associates operate in very freindly yet proffessional manner. We did meet with finance, service & options personnel but most of our time was with John who answered every question and the experience was positive through every aspect. I would recommend WCT to my family and friends and I would especially recommend they meet with John---Bill Flanagan More
