I had been shopping for a new vehicle for a couple of weeks and had two different makes and models I was considering. I decided to try Wesley Chapel Toyota for an internet inquiry on a Pruis V. After asking me several questions Lynn had me come in to the dealership to test drive a Prius V Two. Lynn was very good and thorough about explaining the features of the Prius V. I ended up favoring the Prius V Five over the Prius V Two. I was so impressed with the vehicle and the professionalism with Lynn that I never went back to the dealer for the other make and model I was very interested in. Lynn was able to get me a great deal on the Prius V Five. I have had it for 2 weeks. I greatly enjoy the ride of the vehicle and the average 46 mpg fuel economy with conservative driving. For a great automobile purchasing experience before, during, and after buying a vehicle, I recommend using Wesley Chapel. I recommend using the internet for the first contact and ask for Lynn Hudson. The salesman was excellent, very cooperative, knowledgeable and had lots of patient. I myself was not feeling well, but seeing him trying to meet my needs, I stayed ,otherwise I would have been o knowledgeable and had lots of patient. From our very first contact with this dealership (phone call from salesman John Lane as a response to an on-line inquiry we'd made), our experience has been ideal. It appears they have a good inventory with a good likelihood of having the car one is looking for, or something very near. John is very knowledgeable of the model we were shopping for and explained the details of the model in easy to understand communication. We were able to find an agreeable price and go home with our new car that same day. We were additionally happy to learn that they handle the extra task of registering the new car through the DMV for us, saving us time and effort on another day! PJ Leary was also very nice to work with in regards to the detailed paperwork and financial component. He is clearly very skilled in the process of all the paperwork, making it seem less daunting than first appearing. Our last staff contact to meet was Kathi Karamoschos who confirmed we had all our questions answered and informed us she would continue to be available to assist with any concerns or questions after we left. In fact, all three staff members communicated that, which is reassuring. The facility is designed beautifully and is easy to find where you want to go, whether it be sales, service, or refreshments! We are long-time Toyota owners and are so pleased to have found our new dealership after having moved to Tampa just a couple years ago. Keep up the great work, WC Toyota! My overall experience dealing with both Jared and Jamie was very impressive. Sales Associate Jared Skinner was very knowledgeable in the cars that I was interested in and he answered many tough questions was very impressive. He did this while keeping cool and friendly without being pushy. I ended up getting the 2012 Toyota Camry SE. When dealing with the Finance Manager Jaime Garces, I was also impressed with the easy approach he made it seem considering that the financial part of this process can sometimes be confusing and complicated. He gave good options and I was glad the I settled on a convenient one. I had to come back the next day to have the windows tinted and I got to meet some of the other people that work there.They all seem genuinely friendly and helpful. I am happy with the car and glad I came up on the train from Miami to get a good deal. More
