Spent 30K with this dealership. A little over a week later and my car is making this awful noise. I called only to be brushed off. Apparently it passed their safety inspection so Im on my own. They will not be getting my business in the future and I warn others to be cautious. They will say the right things, but do not count on them when things get bad. I bought a used Audi from them. The Dealership has a strange way of handling business. After my bad experience with the dealership. I spoke with Matt Howard to make things right and decided to purchase a car. After getting the car I refinanced and needed to cancel GAP per contract if refinance it is cancelled. However, I have been calling the dealership for a week in a half via calls and emails to cancel.Each time I call the dealership I am told every finance person is busy. I was even told Jose Lodiero would call me back but I haven’t received a call. I understand the dealership feels they are losing money but I signed a CONTRACT stating if I refinance it is CANCELLED. Therefore, it needs to be cancelled immediately. If I don’t hear from the dealership within 48 hours. I will be seeking legal action as a breach of contract. As I have also contacted the GAP administrator (Assurant) as well. They advised the dealership has to cancel which it seems as if they are refusing to do. If you want to purchase a car from this dealership. Just DONT! If I could give zero stars I would. More
Being 100% disable Veteran, I wasn't given any discount, no incentives, nor military discount. My sales representative seems to be occupied with his cell phone, and the Sales Manager wasn't helpful. He quoted me 0% interest free for 36 months, but ended up financing the new vehicle. Out of all the dealership purchasing a new vehicle, your dealership is the only one that didn't give me any incentive. Very disappointed. More
Buying a car is not my favorite way to spend a weekend. We arrived without an appointment and were blessed to have Giovanni ready to help us. We explained that we wanted to try a Honda Accord at another dealership and he welcomed this, letting us know he would be available and hoped to work with us. No pressure. We returned the next day with an offer for the Camry we had decided on. He worked with us and within an hour and a half we drove away in our new car. David in Finance was great as well. Thank you and we are customers for life! More

I wish there was a ZERO Stars Rating! Did not like how they tried multiple ways to steal my trade-in. They were not budging an inch from the sticker price either! Nor did I like that they tried to add in they tried multiple ways to steal my trade-in. They were not budging an inch from the sticker price either! Nor did I like that they tried to add in a buttload of things that I did NOT even ask for or need: Extended Warranty, Theft Protection, Paint Protection, extra shipping charge. Between those issues, when you put that all together - it appeared they were trying to hose me down for $18,000 to maybe even $20,000 - OVER what I needed to just pay for the car with my trade-in, and have a clean and sensible deal from both parties. I can see why people say buying a car is WORSE than getting dental surgery!!! If you're not smart about buying the car - the pain will stay with you EVERY DAY, for the next however many years that you get roped into a BAD DEAL! OUCH!!!!! You just have to realize the "wallet extraction" is about to happen, and WALK/RUN before you sign on the dotted line and take the BIG HIT! Also, their Customer Care (???) person called me. Told her what happened, and I guess the Owner of this "fine Dealership" don't care either - NEVER heard a word from them SINCE!!! Greaaaaaaat (sarc) YOUTUBE has a lot of videos that will help you, and tell you how to avoid these COSTLY MISTAKES and the pitfalls to watch for, when doing car deals at car dealerships. Go on YOUTUBE. Search for “Car dealer fees not to pay” or something similar. There are many videos to research. Another good source is the website “yourautoadvocate.com” because you can join for free or even pay for upgraded benefits they offer for a modest price. By all means - take their free “DEAL SCHOOL” for many eye-opening tips. Good stuff there! They have MUCH valuable info - BUYER BEWARE!!!!! It's really sad to think that there are folks that they do this too - EVERY DAY! And they don't think twice about taking the cash - IF - YOU are stupid enough to just say: "OK, I need the car, I love the car, I gotta have the car! Where do I sign?!" Hence, the "wallet extraction" has happened! All you can do now, is go back and fight with them to have the unnecessary items removed! Good luck with THAT!!! Just DON'T get into that situation to begin with! More
