Upon arrival to the departure after sale, I was totally floored just how nice the employees were at this dealership! I had first called to speak with a sales associate on a vehicle I had seen on the intern floored just how nice the employees were at this dealership! I had first called to speak with a sales associate on a vehicle I had seen on the internet. She was very nice and agreed to setup an appointment to come review the vehicle. Upon arrival, she had to step out and I was introduced to Mike Grega, who I have to say was the best sale associate I have ever met. He explained everything from top to bottom, not hiding anything and explaining everything in great detail of the pricing of the vehicle compared to the market. I named a price of what I wanted to pay, and he went beyond means to make it happen. We traded in my car, and I got the truck I was always looking for. Once we agreed on a price, I noticed that I had left my check book at home (106 miles away), and without any hesitation on his behalf, he graciously agreed to follow me home to allow me to fill out a check to the dealership, instead of allowing me to drive all the way back and forth just for my check book. I was then introduced to Mr. Jamie Garces, whom I have to say was a pretty funny guy who made the financial signing, calm and funny at the same time. With his experience and great knowledge, he too even helped in getting my payments even lower to fit my budget. What a great combo that was paired just for my needs. Now, I am a proud owner of a truck I have always wanted, and when I want a newer vehicle, I will be sure to come back to Wesley Chapel Toyota just for it's quality of service and it's huge line of choices in vehicles. I am a single woman and had heard all the horror stories of salesman and women buying cars on their own. But I decided to go to a dealership anyway. From the time I walked in to Wesley Chapel Toyota I was amazed. The first person to approach me was PJ. PJ made me feel welcome and at ease right from the start. He and I talked and he took all information about me and my situation and by the time John was introduced to me PJ explained everything to John. John and I went out picked out a car. We test drove the car and John explained every inch of the car to me. John is the most awesome saleman I have ever met. John made me feel comfortable enough that if I had any question he would answer me truthfully and not feed me a line. Then PJ worked his magic and we made a deal. PJ was very informative and explained every step to me on the financing. I felt so at ease the whole time I was at this dealership.
