I was advised not to come to this dealership by a friend but after reading the reviews I had to check it out for myself and I'm glad I did. I walked in to find that my name was on the board welcoming me as a VIP customer. That was a nice touch. I arrived an hour before my scheduled appointment and was offered a selection of soft drinks and snacks in the waiting area. I didn't even have time to get into the first magazine article before I was greeted by John Deloach. We exchanged small talk and he asked me about my preferences. I had a list of cars that I wanted to take a look at and he noticed that there were few similarities in the vehicles that I had chosen so he asked more probing questions to find out exactly what I needed in a vehicle. I wanted fuel economy and enough room to transport my mobile boutique and all on a reasonable budget. John walked away for a moment and returned with a vehicle that met every qualification that I had. We took a test drive, came back and signed the papers. The sales manager and several finance managers came out to congratulate me on my purchase and the whole process took just a couple of hours from start to finish. I was very pleased with the level of service that I received and will surely refer my friends to Wesley Chapel Toyota. More

we stopped to just look around at new cars and Paul Ferraro came out to meet us. He showed us around to the different models and was very good at helping us look at the different models. Being that I was not in town to make the deal, I was very hesitant but impressed that Scott was able to work out a deal without for a Mid-size SVU that he hadn't laid eyes on. One point for Scott. What an excellent experience I had purchasing a car from Wesley Chapel Toyota with the help of Jack Peck!! My boyfriend had previously purchased a car with Jack several years ago and insisted that we see Wesley Chapel Toyota with the help of Jack Peck!! Most Salesmen treat women as though they know nothing about automobiles which makes for a very poor shopping/buying experience. Not Jack. He is very friendly, open, honest, and works hard to get you into the car you need/want and a price you can afford. If I hear of someone looking for a new car, I always tell them to go see Jack. Even if it's a bit of a drive for them, I tell them it's worth it!! We will definitely be going to Jack for all of our future car buying needs. More
