First time buying a car new last car was bought as a certified used from a different Toyota dealer but overall had a good experience Lynne was very friendly i did know what car i wanted to look at befor certified used from a different Toyota dealer but overall had a good experience Lynne was very friendly i did know what car i wanted to look at before i ever headed to the dealer so that i am sure was easier..Seems to me the job of selling you a car and negotiating price has all been taken from the sales staff as a manager took over once we decided on a car basically and sat down to look at any numbers...Wished could have been more able to talk price with whoever really makes such decisions same thing with trade ins...You just keep hearing they said or they determined its worth you can never find out much more about it...I did get the price down some but didn't seem like they wanted to budge much then again perhaps i should have checked another dealer as well....Overall i am very happy with the car i got and somewhat satisfied that i got it for a good price....And if your in the market for a Toyota i would check this dealer out as they do offer a lifetime power train warranty and do ask for Lynne Hudson as she was excellent to work with regardless of the procedures she has to follow...And as for as dealer amenities perhaps hopefully they will move the massage table out from the showroom front window for at least some discretion otherwise may not ever use that service... We have always heard good things about Wesley Chapel Toyota, so we decided to look there when our lease was about to expire on our BMW. First, we looked on their website and found a couple of vehicles Toyota, so we decided to look there when our lease was about to expire on our BMW. First, we looked on their website and found a couple of vehicles we wanted to check out. When we called, we were greeted on the phone by Amanda Baron in the Business Development center. She was happy to help with our questions and she even requested the vehicles to be pulled out front so we could view them upon arrival later that afternoon. We asked Amanda for an experienced and friendly sales person, so she paired us up with Jack Peck. What a wonderful guy Jack is! He has been in car sales for several years and truly loves what he does. Jack was very patient even though we looked at a number of different cars and trucks. He made us feel very comfortable and didn't impose any pressure whatsoever. He was very friendly with our two young children and gave them each key chains. Jack found us the perfect car for our family...a 2013 Highlander, and we couldn't be happier. The kids were able to play in the toy area while we discussed our paperwork with Jack and PJ in the finance department. PJ was very helpful as well in discussing all our options for extended warranty, tire/wheel, etc. We then received our beautifully detailed Highlander on the red carpet in the delivery bay. Jack went over all our questions and even set up our enTune account and paired my phone with the BlueTooth in the car. From beginning to end, our experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was absolutely wonderful. We will be sending our friends and family to Jack and definitely plan to return!! More
