I was looking for a new 2013 Rav4 LE in Magnetic Gray Metallic. Due to the high demand of the Rav4 it was difficult to find the Rav4 in the color and style I wanted. Jack Peck worked very hard to find exactly what I was looking for at another dealership. Once Jack was able to find the Rav4 I was looking for he worked hard to get the car to his dealership quickly. I had my car within a day of Jack finding it at another dealership. When I arrived at the dealership Jack was there waiting to greet me. The car was sitting right there ready to go for a a test drive. We immediately took the car for a drive during which time Jack never made me feel rushed to return to the dealership. Jack treated the test drive as if we were out for a Sunday drive. Jack answered all my questions during my test drive. Jack made sure I was happy with the car and it was everything I wanted with no pressure to purchase the car after everything he did to get the car there. Jack set me up with Edwin to do my financing. Edwin was awesome too. It was late, the dealership was closing but Edwin never acted as if he wanted to leave or rushed me. Edwin answered all my questions and worked very hard to get the payments where I needed them to be. He was even able to beat the bank's financing! Jack's service did not end once I purchased the car. He walked me to my new car, showed me everything inside and out of the car and made sure I knew how to operate all the features of the vehicle. Jack even synced my phone to the bluetooth and had me put his name and phone number in my phone as a contact. Jack encouraged me to call him first if I have any questions about the car. Jack was friendly, attentive and never pressured me to purchase a car. In my opinion Jack went above and beyond. When I was at another Toyota dealership the sales person there was trying to get me to purchase the XLE because that is what they had available on their lot. They did not want to do all the hard work Jack did to find just what I was looking for. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to see Jack Peck at Wesley Chapel Toyota for assistance. I have leased a half dozen cars over the years and to be quite candid, it is typically an extremely time consuming, frustrating, inefficient excercise with sales representatives that sometimes are not very quite candid, it is typically an extremely time consuming, frustrating, inefficient excercise with sales representatives that sometimes are not very knowledgeable, customer focused and overly aggressive. Being in sales myself, I understand their livelihood is dictated by moving cars but they could do a better job of making it less obviouss. This recent experience with Wesley Chapel and more importantly, the salesperson Lynne Hudson, was quite the contrary. Lynne was extremely patient as I ended up driving three different vehicles, requested three different quotes and then had a number of follow-up questions, etc over the coming week. She was personable, responsive and most importantly, helped disseminate thru a series of exchanges what car would be the best fit based on my needs and budget. I am very pleased with my 4Runner and may have never purchased a Toyota if it hadn't been for investment in time in assisting me in the effort. In addition, post sale and even when reviewing rim options, the rest of the dealership were very cordial and consultative. I was under a time crunch in terms of processing paperwork, etc and Edwin was terrific as well. More

After many years of excellent service for my 2000 and 2007 Avalons, I knew that WCT was where I wanted to purchase a 2013 Camry. Had an appointment with Scott at 10 AM on a Sunday morning. We had already 2007 Avalons, I knew that WCT was where I wanted to purchase a 2013 Camry. Had an appointment with Scott at 10 AM on a Sunday morning. We had already previewed some cars the previous week. With a previous quote in hand and taking advantage of the Memorial day special pricing, I told Scott what it would take to purchase a car. He talked to his manager who came out and gave me a price that I immediately accepted. Scott took me in to see PJ to sign all the papers. The whole experience was really great, no pressure and a staff that was anxious to please. Scott was very helpfull and answered all the questions I asked. He will be my salesperson of choice from now own. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 for quality of work was because the car was delivered with an almost empty windshield washer reservoir. But hey, it was a Sunday so even that was not too bad. Really can't say enough about the pleasant purchasing experience at WCT. More

I am a foreign student who recently purchased on behalf of my sister a Toyota Venza from Wesley Chapel Toyota. John Weicherding was the sales agent who made it possible. We (My sister and I) had been searching for a clean toyota venza pre-owned for 3 months. I had been to Miami twice, auctions in Sanford, Orlando, and Daytona, spoken to dealers and private sellers all around Florida and even Georgia, gone through craigslist, we were pretty close to giving up when i saw the venza advert from wesley chapel toyota. I put a call through and i spoke with John. John was extremely nice, he is really a talent at sales and marketing. At first i was a bit skeptical about the color of the car, so i tried not to sound serious about buying it, but this man was different from all the other people i had spoken to, he kept calling me, even when i did not take my calls he would leave a message, he always sounded cheerful, at some point i thought he would give up but he did not. He would send me messages, pictures and more information about the car, even when i tried to price it down ridiculously he never sounded pissed off like most other people did. John was able to convince me to drive down from Daytona beach to Wesley Chapel. Through out the 2.3 hour journey, John was in touch. When I got to Wesley Chapel, he received me outside and we got straight to business. I had just a few hours to spare so he sped things up. I saw the car and i was sure it was the one. John took me for a ride to test it, we also drove it to the bank to make the withdrawal. The money i had was short of the advertised price, not willing to let me return unsuccessful, he was able to negotiate the price with the dealership on my behalf. I planned to ship the car to my sister back in my country, i have never done this before, John advised and helped me with this. Even after i had purchased the car, he still took time out to call me and discuss the shipping progress and give good advice. Right now the car has been loaded and is on its way to its excited new owner. John Weicherding is an amazing guy, his commitment is meritorious, Thank you soo much John, thank you Wesley Chapel Toyota. My credit is awful and I was scared to go in and be shot down like every other dealership! I've been going to horrible buy-here pay-here places and my car never makes it to a year!! I called Lynn determined to get a good car, I'm a single mother so it was important for me to find something reliable. I've seen commercials for this place before and figured that there would be no way that I would get financed. So I did what everyone else does and tried a few different places afraid of hearing the dreaded "NO" that I was used to! I didn't make it to the dealership until after 6pm, mind you, I called Lynn at 10 am to let her know I was on my way meanwhile I was shopping other dealerships.... When I finally made it in, everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was great and it was so beautiful! My daughter was well entertained in the children's play area and best of all, they approved me for a car that I was told I could NOT get!!! Lynn and Hue got me into a beautiful 2011 Toyota Corolla with only 37k miles!!!!!!!!!! I've been driving a stinky 2004 Chrysler Concorde that had more problems than I had money to fix it!!! What I loved most is Lynn's confidence, she told me that if it didn't work out she would give me a few gallons in my tank... NO ONE offered me that!!! I will be singing their praises for quite a while!!! This dealership brought me back my peace of mind at an affordable price, I couldn't be happier with my final decision to go there, I just wish I wouldn't have wasted my time going elsewhere. They have definitely earned my business... Lynn is an amazing person and always kept it straight with me... Don't take my word for it, go and see for yourself!! These people are great....
