I recently purchased a new Toyota RAV 4, and it is an awesome vehicle. I had an older one in the past and the difference between the older one and this one is huge. I wouldn't have had anyone else or gone anywhere else than to him at this very much "family-feel" dealership. He worked out a very reasonable price for me, and was very patient as I made my decision to buy. He sent me to see PJ to set up financing. PJ was also very personable and patient as he showed me the different financing options. After we closed the deal, Eric showed me the basics of operating my new vehicle. He even set up my phone to the bluetooth which would have taken me forever to figure out on my own. I was glad they did not use any high pressure sales tactics because that would have scared me away. I would recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I met with your saleman Eric Riley, he was very friendly and knowledgable, took me for a test drive, stayed within my budget perameters. He waited on me graciously and attentively. Kagan and Eric went over and above to give me the best deal possibe. They treated me with respect and appreciated that I have a 9 year history with Toyota. They arrived at a very successful price which surpassed my expectations. PJ was also very kind to me and treated me with respect and did everything he could to facilitate with financing of the deal/ I was extremely happy with all the men i worked with today. This was my very BEST experience ever purchasing a car from Toyota. Eric then transferred my plate to the new car and even set up my phone for hands free access. By Far the best experience from the second I got there till the moment I left ,in our new car.. Actually even after we left we received cards, cookies, calls, it shows so much character for one company to till the moment I left ,in our new car.. Honestly, I want to fill up this entire page of all the good things that I could say but the just of it is they are amazing. I worked with Ray as well as Kagan and Hughe and Never once did I feel pushed or rushed into any decision that I may have been unsure of. My situation was a little different then your average customer with a credit sore of 700 or better , we will call me fragile :)... Well needless to say they made every effort to help get us into a new car that fit our budget and they succeeded.. They walked us through every step of the way and showed more they cared more then just wanting to sell us a car. Ray , well he is phenomenal, he amazed us every step of the way!
