Wonderful experience from start to finish!!! We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Frank Wargo...he was super friendly, up beat and accommodating! Frank introduced us to Steve Fuentes, our knowledgeable salesman, we told him about the 2011 Highlander we'd seen on the Internet and within minutes they had it pulled up to the front entrance, Steve grabbed a tag and we were off for a test drive. That was the one! The sales and finance men that worked on our deal went above and beyond, they were very patient and answered all of our many questions. Steve Connetti and Hugh Palmer were a joy to work with as well, Hugh pulling every string imaginable to get us within our budget and the best interest rate possible! Big thanks to Hugh for being so helpful and real with us and of course Steve our salesman for his patience, knowledge and experience. Kelly Heflin, our very friendly finance manager finished up the paperwork with us and off we went in our beautiful new (used) ride!!! I Honestly we went in to look at a Rav4, determined it was too small and were headed out to buy a VW C or new Accord. Frank suggested the Camry SE - a car I DID NOT want. I dont like to Camry. Guess what? I bought a Camry SE 2 weeks later thanks to Frank and team as I love the car. I tell people all the time Frank "sold me a car I didn't want" and that is true sales to do that and create want and value. When we finally settled on model, the Highlander, we visited Wesley Chapel Toyota and was immediately greeted by Yuri. He listened to what I wanted and showed me several vehicles on the parking lot. They had 7 used highlanders which was more than the other Toyota dealers that we visited. After I narrowed down my choices, he asked me to wait inside the air-conditioned main lobby and went around to bring the vehicles to the front for us to take a closer look. Our family certainly appreciated this since they had a kid's room with toys so our daughter can play there away from the heat. We test drove two vehicles and finally decided on one that we think is the best deal out of all the cars we looked at from all the dealers. Yuri was very patient and friendly through out the whole process, he is not your typical pushy sales person. He helped us pick out the perfect vehicle, and we were very happy with the purchase. I strongly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota, they have tons of vehicles and you can look at their website to see what's in stock.
