I can not say enough about our experience today at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We were in the market to purchase a new(er) car for my 17 year old daughter. I was fortunate enough to have Hugh Palmer, James Pettu Chapel Toyota. We were in the market to purchase a new(er) car for my 17 year old daughter. I was fortunate enough to have Hugh Palmer, James Pettus even the General Manager, Patrick Abad assist in the car selection and financing options. They were friendly, informative, patient and sincerely concerned to make sure we made the right decision. In fact, Hugh had a "mission" to be sure we were able to get the car my daughter loved, yet make sure it was affordable for her. We purchased a 2011 Honda Civic Coupe. Oh did I mention we drove 2 hours from Ft. Myers to visit this dealership??? Let's just say, it was more than worth the drive. Now that my daughter is ecstatically happy with her new car, I think it's my turn to visit Wesley Chapel Toyota again soon, for my new car!!!! I received a phone call from Amy seeing if I would be interested in a new or different car. I said I would be interested but I wasn't sure if I would be able to purchase a car today but I would come into interested in a new or different car. Amy hooked my up with Ray Dellaero and she said Ray would take great care of me and he did a fantastic job. We went all around the lot looking for the perfect car and we found it. But I thought I would have to go with the lower priced car but he was able to get me the perfect blue car I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised. Then I was introduced to PJ Leary and he helped with all my financing paper work. He did a great job answering any of my questions and explaining what all the forms were. Clearly the value that Ray and PJ bring to Wesley Chapel Toyota I am happy to report that I will be back for future purchases. It is staff like Ray and PJ with their positive attitudes and can do spirit that made this experience in buying a Toyota Corolla awesome. More

When I was sitting and waiting for my 2010 Toyota Sienna to be serviced, I was approached by Frank Millan. He greeted me professionally and by name. He asked me if I had received the mailing on the need for to be serviced, I was approached by Frank Millan. He greeted me professionally and by name. He asked me if I had received the mailing on the need for used Sienna's. I told him I had and Frank proceeded to inquire on my interest. I told him I was not looking to trade in my Sienna, but would entertain trading in our 2009 Pontiac G6. I told Frank I was looking for a used vehicle to surprise my wife, but my 83 year old mother would have to be able to get in and out of any vehicle we purchase. I told Frank I thought the Matrix may work as we previously owned a Pontiac Vibe. Frank accompanied me in a 2010 Matrix to "my home" and watched my mom attempt to get into the Matrix. When she could not, we returned to the dealership and searched further. While there was nothing used to fit our needs, we looked at some new vehicles like the Camry and finally the Prius V. I drove a white Prius V back to my home and had my mother get in and out of the Prius on her own. I returned to the dealership and worked with Frank on finding the color Prius my wife preferred, with the options she preferred. While I was not looking to buy new, I realized, with Frank's help, that the Prius V was the best thing out there to meet our needs. Frank worked tirelessly for many hours finding the right fit, working on getting the pricing to fit our budget and delivering the sale. When I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle, Frank met me there and closed the deal the way he started it. He was professional, smiling and looking to satisfy our needs. While my wife was receiving some orientation on the Prius, Frank sat with my 3 year old grandson and I and made us feel special. He was open and quite personable in conversation and we discussed things more important than cars. We discussed family and more. I met several of Frank's coworkers in parts of 2 days I was at the dealership and they all made us feel quite comfortable. The entire experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota was quite good and if Frank did not approach me in the service area, I would have never have known. More

My name is Allan Alvarado and I would like to extend my appreciation for Mr. Haake and Mr. Eric Riley. I recently sold my 2003 Toyota Corolla and I was pretty depressed about letting it go. Mr. Haake and appreciation for Mr. Haake and Mr. Eric Riley. I recently sold my 2003 Toyota Corolla and I was pretty depressed about letting it go. Mr. Haake and Mr. Riley worked together as team to help me find a vehicle that was great for me and perfect for my family. I initially came in for a used small SUV, however, none were able to meet my expectations. I ended up buying a brand new Toyota Camry...thanks to these two gentlemen. Both were very knowledgeable about their cars, especially regarding safety features (we have two children under 4 years of age). Mr. Riley went into extensive detail regarding all the safety features under the hood as well as inside the car. Mr. Haake knew what my budget was and never made me feel like I had to go over that...I did that on my own. As promised, he did some research on a RAV4 and explained to me in detail what my payments would be. In the end, I asked if I could test drive the Camry and the rest is history. Mr. Riley agreed to take a drive to my house to show it to my wife and as we were driving back home my wife text me "do they have it in white?" Your guys knew I was a serious customer and were very aggressive about making me satisfied about my payments. Shout out to my "cousin", Mr. PJ Leary...excellent work sir.
