The staff members at this dealership were extremely professional and helpful. Our salesman, Ray Dallaero, showed an interest in what vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. He asked if I had done any research before coming to the car lot, and to be honest, I hadn't done much research. He was willing to show my father and I, various models and colors of the Camry so that I would be able to have an idea if that was indeed the car that I was willing to purchase. After speaking with the sales manager, I was told that I would be eligible for the L model of the Corolla. I was immediately disappointed because I was actually getting comfortable with the thought of owning a Camry. Ray allowed my father and I to take the basic model of the Corolla out for a test drive and I did not like it at all. The L model of the car did not come with the Bluetooth features, and the color of the seats were too light. When we arrived back to the dealership from the test drive, Ray, was able to see my disappointment and he made sure to go above and beyond so that I would be able to get the same features that the Camry offered, in the Corolla. Ray let me know that I was eligible for the LE model of the Corolla and I couldn't have been happier. This particular model came with: power locks, power windows, and a hands-free Bluetooth system to promote safe driving. I was even happier to find out that this model came with gray colored seats instead of tan. Ray, told my father that he could tell that my mood changed into a more positive direction once I found out about the model that was more suitable for my liking. I am very pleased with the staff members at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Having an experienced and knowledgeable salesman like Ray is what helped me make to make a smart decision when purchasing my first vehicle. I left the car lot with a brand new black 2013 Toyota Corolla. I was able to pay $350 for a down payment and traded in my 2001 Toyota Avalon. My monthly payments are $382 a month. To me, this was probably the best deal out there. My overall experience at this Toyota location was excellent. I am a recent college graduate and this is the perfect car for me. More

Today I brought home my first new car! Lynne was amazing. We connected right off the bat. Lynne, my Mom and I took it for a little drive around town with the top down! I work in sales - retail so I know how it is. I didn't feel pushed or like someone was jumping down my throat. I really enjoyed getting to know Lynne on little bit more of a personal level too. Makes you feel more comfortable. It was such a great first car buying experience ! Paperwork was a breeze also. Eric Riley made the whole process much easier for two people who had no idea what kind of vehicle they wanted when they walked into the showroom. He helped us finally find a car that is comfortable for people who had no idea what kind of vehicle they wanted when they walked into the showroom. He asked questions and was helpful in making suggestions as he understood what we needed. To our amazement, we found what we had been looking for. A comfortable car with a less road noise. However, Ray Dellaero and my husband Jim, spoke so highly of the Rav4 with all of the extras (the new stuff), the appearance, the smooth ride, and the EXCELENT SERVICE Wesley Toyota provides, ALL of which gave me the assurance that it was a good choice. In addition, the fresh cookies MIGHT have helped since I had missed a meal. Without a doubt, Ray is well versed in the particulars of the Rav4, in that he was able to thoroughly cover the operation of the vehicle and most of all, he answered my questions. He made me feel comfortable learning and applying the advanced technology applicable to the vehicle. I am happy that the Rav 4 fits in my garage but MOST of all it LOOKS GOOD in my garage and it's mine ! Thanks you Ray for you assistance. More
John and the entire staff worked real hard to get us the car we wanted at a payment we could live with. Everyone was very helpful and cooperative. The salesman and his manager got straight to offering reasonable price for the car we liked the best. I still don't understand why the last part of the sales process takes so long. I have closed on buying homes in far less time. The slowness of this part of the process gave I time to reconsider purchasing at that time. I strongly recommend using technology to expedite finalizing a sale -- make the paperwork go away and use electronic documents instead. More
