The over all experience was good. My salesman was friendly and very willing to help. The sales manager not so much. Never bothered to introduce himself. The time in the f and I office was quick and felt comfortable. Was not pressured. The truck was brought out from the detail area. Not pretty. Cigarette ashes all over the drivers door.. Food crumbs in the center console. No caps on any of the tire valve stems. But the tires were nice and shiny. No owners manual. No jack or tire changing tools. Kind of sad. More

Jack was exactly what I was hoping for when I went to Wesley Chapel Toyota. I had a specific goal and he made it happen. Victoria in the finance office was really great too. The numbers I was quoted was Wesley Chapel Toyota. I had a specific goal and he made it happen. Victoria in the finance office was really great too. The numbers I was quoted was not matching up to the computer system and she was working hard to make sure it all aligned and I received the payment amount I was told.
