Upon arriving at the dealership I met Ray who immediately asked what i was looking for on Saturday. I wanted to test drive a Rav4, but was looking at Camrys on the way towards the building. He was courteous asked what i was looking for on Saturday. I wanted to test drive a Rav4, but was looking at Camrys on the way towards the building. He was courteous, gracious and a true listener throughout my buying process. Taking me to Rav4 explaining the model that had most of what I was looking for. I'm only 5' tall so being able to raise the seat forward and high enough was a major factor and getting in and out of the vehicle. Going in the building I also saw a Corella about the size of my Altima. I test drove the Corella and Rav4. While driving the Rav4 I mentioned that I had wanted a Camry back in 2001 but settled for Nissan Altima because it had drivers electric seating and met my budget at that time. So, he asked if I would like to test drive a silver Camry LE. I drove it and a sky blue Hybrid Camry. I ruled out the Corella as I was looking for a vehicle with more space not same as I had. I had a difficult time trying to decide as I thought I wanted a small SUV. Ray was so patient in asking the right questions about comfort, ease of handling, how I felt driving the Camry vs Rav4, and what I needed for cargo space and future needs as I keep cars for 10+ years. Though I liked the hybrid, it didn't meet my need for truck space. To help settle my mind - it was suggested I go back for a second test drive of the silver Camry. Ray noticed my big smile when I sat in the car. At that moment I knew this was the right choice for me. His patient and caring attitude sold me the vehicle that day. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the right vehicle. More
